【新唐人2011年7月4日讯】7月1号中共90周年党庆，中共现任和前任领导层倾巢出
席，唯独不见前总书记江泽民。香港媒体披露江泽民病危的消息，并指出他对十八大人
事安排的影响力减弱。而胡锦涛「七一」讲话，搬出承认「文革」和「左倾」错误的两
个《决议》，被解读是对薄熙来「唱红运动」和「毛派」首次表态否定。
近年来中共重大活动江泽民几乎都高调出席，包括北京奥运、建政60周年阅兵等。但自
从去年以来，江泽民再也没有在国内媒体和官方活动露过面。
近日，香港中共传媒《凤凰网》援引来自中共高层的消息说，江泽民患上大病，来势凶
险，而且年事已高，身体健康每况愈下。
《苹果日报》引述广东知名作家北风的分析说，以江泽民的张显个性，这次他缺席如此
重要的90周年党庆，只有两种可能：「一是病重或挂了，二是没戏了」。
近来，中共各派系角逐明年十八大的权力斗争又趋激烈，尤其是薄熙来发起的「唱红运
动」，从重庆推广到全国。美国《华尔街日报》也说，薄熙来希望能利用这个运动来进
入政治局常委。
原香港《文汇报》驻东北办事处主任姜维平指出，薄熙来的「唱红打黑」，目地和做法
都是在效仿毛泽东搞文革，薄熙来甚至被「毛派」称为「薄泽东」。
而在9名政治局常委中，除了团派胡锦涛、李克强与温家宝，其他属于江系的6名常
委，外加归属团派的组织部长李源潮，都先后到重庆表态支持薄熙来。
姜维平：「这个表态应该讲是在薄熙来的一系列举动的胁迫下，他阴险之处就在这里。
他表面用这些东西逼迫你，你必须来向我这里朝拜，因为你朝拜表面是朝拜毛泽东
嘛，归顺毛泽东思想，归顺党的凝聚力，不是归顺我薄熙来。但实际上是，原本政坛上
边缘化的薄熙来，现在又进入了全世界、全国人的关注目光的焦点当中。」
今年4、5月，温家宝指出，「文革遗毒」和「封建残余」是阻碍政治改革的两股势力。
被外界认为是针对薄熙来提出批评。
而多次呼吁政改的温家宝，遭到保守派的重重围攻。6月15号，温家宝办公室主任丘小
雄被迫调离。不过，前国家新闻出版总署署长杜导正透露，胡锦涛并没有对温家宝改变
态度。
6月26号，团派主将、广东省委书记汪洋表示，「增强忧患意识」比只是「歌颂」更重
要。公开向薄熙来唱反调。
胡锦涛在「七一」讲话中，除了进一步阐述忧患意识攸关「党的生死存亡」，还特别提
到两个《关于党的若干历史问题的决议》，他说，应对曾经犯过的「文革」和「左倾」
错误「牢牢记取」教训。
香港中共传媒《凤凰卫视》解读说，胡锦涛「七一」重要讲话，「实际上是在告诉大
家，要解决现在的矛盾，不可能、不可以用文革的方式。」
7月1号，薄熙来在重庆的党庆大会上辩解说，唱几首红歌，就有人说三道四，是不是回
到「文革」啦？唱这些歌何罪之有？
《参与网》和《博讯网》刊载分析认为，胡锦涛搬出了两个《决议》，暗示毛派「唱红
」不要搞过头，复辟马列毛左派是不允许的。胡锦涛再次强调「不折腾」，就是指不能
推广「重庆模式」。
美国普林斯顿中国学社执行主席陈奎德说，薄熙来也做了一件事情：

争，政治上的斗争挑出来了，而且使得政治派别你不能躲闪，各自都要亮出自己的底

后期说的不争论这样沉寂，这样没有生趣，恐怕是会有一段相当热闹的时期。」
海外分析指出，随着江泽民的政治干预力急剧降低，江系、胡温派系与太子党的势力将
面临分化重整，「毛派」、「左派」将逐渐式微。而在各种火山一样的危机冲击下，中
共的出路只有和平转型与解体。

On July 1, the major 90th anniversary celebrationof the CCP (Chinese
Communist Party) founding,current and former leaders of CCP were all
presentexcept for former General Secretary Jiang Zemin.Hong Kong media
reports news of Jiang's dying,and that his personnel influence has
declineddue to arrangements of the eighteenth congress.Hu Jintao's July 1st
speech recognizedCultural Revolution' and leftist' errors,which is
interpreted as a denialof Bo's "Red Song Movement" and the Maoists.
In recent years, Jiang Zemin attended all CCP'shigh-profile events
including the Beijing Olympicsand the 60th anniversary parade of China's
regime.Since last year however, Jiang had not attendedofficial activities
or showed up in domestic media.
Recently, the Hong Kong "Phoenix" website citednews from high CCP levels
about Jiang sufferingfrom a serious illness and being in danger,with the
aged Jiang's physical health deteriorated.
Apple Daily quoted a well-known writer, Beifeng,that considering Jiang's
showing off personality,his absence in the important 90th
anniversarycelebration of CCP has only two possibilities:"One, he is ill or
dead, and two, the game is over".
Recently, the CCP factions competing for powerin 18th Congress next year
got increasingly intense,especially the Bo-initiated "Red Songs
Movement",spreading from Chongqing across the country.US' Wall Street
Journal said, Bo Xilai is hopingto use this campaign to enterthe
Politburo's Standing Committee.
The former Wen Wei Po' Northeast Office DirectorJiang Weiping said
Bo's "Red Song Movement"has similar purpose and methodsas Mao's Cultural
Revolution had.Bo was called Maoist or even 『Bo Zedong'.
Of the nine Politburo Standing Committee members,all except Hu Jintao, Li
Keqiang and Wen Jiabao,together with Li Yuanshuo, the OrganizationalBureau
Director, went to Chongqing to support Bo.
Jiang Weiping told RFA, "This statement should beunder Bo's pressure, Bo's
sinister place is there.Superficially, you have to come to worship
Bo,because you worship Mao Zedong and his thoughtsas well as the cohesion
of the party allegiance,not to pledge loyalty to Bo.Originally marginalized
in the political arena,now Bo became focus of Chinese and the world."
On May 2011, Premier Wen pointed out"the legacy of the Cultural Revolution"
and "feudal"are two forces that hindered political reforms.This was taken
as criticism against Bo Xilai.
Wen repeatedly called for a political reform,but was sieged by the
conservatives heavily.On June 15, the Director of Premier Wen's Office,Qiu
Xiaoxiong was forced to transfer elsewhere.However, former Director of
Press and Publication,Du Daozheng said, Hu did not changehis attitude
towards Wen.
On June 26, Wang Yang, Guangdong Province'sparty secretary said, "enhancing
grief awareness"is more important than just "praise",openly opposing Bo.
Hu's July 1st anniversary speech further elaboratedon the sense of death,
related to "party's survival".In particular, he referred to two
resolutions"on the CCP's several historical issues".He said that CCP should
never forget the lessonsof the Cultural Revolution and the leftists'
mistakes.
Hong Kong's Phoenix TV said that Hu Jintao's speechon July 1 "is saying
that in order to resolvecurrent conflicts one could not and it is
impossibleto use the methods of the Cultural Revolution."
On July 1, Bo argued on the party celebrationin Chongqing, that some people
makeirresponsible remarks about his red songs campaign.Is it back to the
Cultural Revolution now?What's wrong with singing red songs?
Canyu and Boxun websites published analysesabout Hu's referral to the
two "resolutions",implying that the Maoists "red songs movement"should not
go to extremes and not restore Marxism.Hu once again stressed "not to turn
side to side",or not to promote the "Chongqing model."
Chen Kuide, Chairman of the Chinese Associationin Princeton, said Bo Xilai
also did another thing.
Chen Kuide (Chairman, Princeton's Chinese Society)told RFA: "They brought
out political ideologyconflicts into the open, and political factionscan
not escape but show their cards or basic colors.So it will not be like in
China's political past,quiet, like during Deng's time.I am afraid now will
be a very busy period."
Overseas political analysts have pointed outthat Jiang's political power
has reduced drastically.Hu, Jiang and princlings' forces will face
changes.Maoist and leftist will gradually decline.In this volcanic crisis,
the only way out for the CCPis the peaceful transformation and
disintegration.

在讲话中，胡锦涛首先简要回顾了中国共产党90年来所谓"三件大事"、"三大成就"、
产生了"两大理论成果" ，以及还提到中共面临着"四大考验""四种危险"。
大陆贵州民主人士曾宁认为，胡锦涛的讲话是空话连篇。
曾宁："一方面他在回顾历史的时候，他对过去的历史的诠释和解释，在我看来，本身
也是不符合客观实际的，也是空话、套话、大话比较多，另外一方面在面对需要解决的
问题的时候，他开出的药方啊，仍然是听起来动听，听起来动人，但是客观实际上，它
开出的药方都是不能够真正解决问题的。"
在谈到政治改革时，胡锦涛声称，要积极稳妥推进政治体制改革。他还说，人民当家作
主是社会主义民主政治的本质和核心。但是，在中国大陆，人民群众真的能当家作主
吗？
曹长青："毫无新意。这些话毛泽东讲过，邓小平讲过，江泽民讲过，他们都是这样
讲，但是他们从来都不这样做。今天你说民主，最主要要像台湾那样，允许选民有投票
权，像西方这样，实行宪政民主，今天根本剥夺了人民的选举机会，选举权力，所
以，今天这个共产党领导人高喊民主啊，人民当家作主啊，全是欺骗人民的。"
最近，中国大陆基层人大代表选举开始启动，地方县、乡人大换届选举在即。而今年与
往年不同的是，涌现出了众多的独立参选人，从名人到普通市民，都公开的表达了要实
现自己合法选举权的愿望。
从江西新余的刘萍、魏忠平等独立参选人被当局打压后，著名媒体评论员李承鹏、诗人
兼商人曹天等众多名人也走入了这个行列，但都遭到当局的封杀，软禁。
曹长青："从北非中东茉莉花革命以来，中国政府、中国共产党采取的措施更加严厉的
镇压各种不同的声音，镇压各种可能提出异议的声音，而且动用国宝、保安人员、黑社
会、黑帮等等，我觉得中国现在可能进入历史以来最黑暗的时期。"
6月底，中共总理温家宝访问英国，并再次发表了有关政改的讲话。中国社科院哲学所
的徐友渔教授在接受英国BBC中文网记者采访时表示，现在看不出在可视的将来，中共
有政改的任何迹象。
刘因全："我认为这反映了中共高层的在路线方面的一种斗争，而中共，现在常委中实
行集体领导，特别是改革这种事，要九个常委一致同意才能做，我想，一定有一些常委
会不同意，这样它就不能做，在这种时候，我们应该这样来看待它们的这种斗争。"
在中共大力铺张庆祝生日的同时，大陆异议人士也在不断的被打压，在北京的访民也被
大量的清剿。
徐友渔说，中共包括最高层在内的各级官员都有一种惊弓之鸟的心态，把社会上的一些
偶然事件，看作是可以燃烧全国的「星星之火」，不惜一切代价，采用任何手段去维护
所谓的稳定。
对于外界许多人把政改的希望寄托在18大后中共新一代领导人身上的观点，徐友渔认
为，最近二、三十年的实际经验证明，每一次人们把希望寄托在领导人的换届上，最后
得到的总是失望。

President Hu Jintao made a speech on July 1,at Chinese Communist Party
(CCP) 90th anniversary.He admitted of 4 tests and 4 crises faced by CCP.His
speech was called an empty talkby people of all walks of life.

prescribed as a tackle to current problemssounds encouraging but useless.It
is merely a lip service.It can not solve the real problems."
Hu claimed to actively and steadily promotea political reform. He said, the
nature and coreof socialist democratic politics are the peoplewho are the
master and in charge. However,are people in China really the master and in
charge?
Cao Changqing, a political commentator: "There isnothing new. Mao Zedong,
Deng Xiaopingand Jiang Zemin said the same thing, but they neveracted
accordingly. For democracy, you should do itlike Taiwan and the West,
allowing people to vote;instead, you deprive them from election rights.So,
when the CCP leaders are shouting democracyand letting people in charge,
they are dishonest."
Recently, Chinese local elections began to take place.What is different
this year is that many independentCandidates, from celebrities to ordinary
citizens,openly expressed their wishes to participatein the election to
exercise their constitutional rights.
After Liu Ping and Wei Zhongping from Jiangxiwere suppressed, people like
media commentatorLi Chengpeng and businessman Cao Tianhave also
participated in the elections,but wereall suppressed by the authorities.
Cao Changqing: "Since the Jasmine revolutionsin North Africa and Middle
East, the CCP tightenedits control to suppress the different voicesusing
public security forces and mafia too. I thinkChina is now in the darkest
period of its history."
When Premier Wen Jiabao visited the UK in June,he once again spoke of a
political reform.Philosophy Professor Xu Youyufrom the Chinese Academy of
Social Sciencestold BBC Chinese that the CCP shows no signof a political
reform coming in the foreseeable future.
Liu Yinquan, a democracy activist:"I believe this signifies CCP's internal
struggle.Since the Politburo is under collective leadership,all the 9
standing members need to unanimouslyagree on something, especially
political reform,before they can do something. Some membersdisagree, so
there will be no political reform, I think."
As the CCP lavishly celebrated its anniversary,dissidents in China continue
to be suppressed,including a large number of petitioners in Beijing.
Xu Youyu said, all levels of CCP's officials,are extremely nervous of
instantaneous incidentsin society, fearing they would spread across
China.So, they would maintain the so-called stabilityby all means and at
all costs.
Some people pin their hope on CCP's new leadershipafter the 18th congress.
However, Xu Youyu said,the past 30 years have proved that no hope pinnedon
any CCP new leadership has ever eventuated.

虚张声势，请别滥用人民的名义！
不久前，大陆经济学家茅于轼，在财新网发表了题目叫《把毛泽东还原成人----读《红
太阳的陨落》的文章，历数毛泽东的罪恶，引发了毛左们的不满。最近，毛派在各地成
立了所谓的"XX市、XX省人民公诉团"，向全国人大提起公诉茅于轼，和《红太阳的陨落
》的作者辛子陵的请求。"博客中国"，有一篇题目叫《我为"人民公诉团"做一回高参》
的评论章，文章说：我给"公诉团"提几条参考意见：
一、"人民公诉团"应改为"公民控告团"。"人民公诉团"的称呼，名"不正"，要改名。理
由是："公诉"，是指检察院对犯罪嫌疑人的犯罪行为，向法院提出控告，要求法院通过
审判，确定犯罪事实、惩罚犯罪人的诉讼活动。叫"公诉团"，就闹了个笑话――难道这些
人能取代检察院？这些怀念文革岁月的同志哥们，要学点起码的法律知识了。
二、未经正式授权，不宜称"××市、××省人民公诉团"、。应当承认，乌有之乡和各地
"公诉团"的组织者们，确实才华横溢，他们比"百万群众唱红歌"的组织者们，更擅长
"造势"――"百万群众"毕竟不及"××市、××省人民"声势浩大。不过，我想提醒的是：一二
百号人联署，就敢打出"××市、××省人民公诉团"的旗号，不但公然侵犯了公民权利，也
会让人私下窃笑：都什么时代了，还玩百十号人马，自称司令，千把号"红卫兵"，号称
"百万雄师"那一套？有理说理。就事论事。依法控告。不能"拉大旗作虎皮"！――借"人
民"之刀杀人的悲剧，不能再上演了。
三、不要"有罪敲定"中国刑事诉讼法规定，"未经法院依法判决，对任何人都不得确定
有罪"。所以，在法院认定茅于轼和辛子陵的犯罪事实成立之前，将"煽动颠覆"、"制造
动乱"等等吓人的罪名，扣在他人头上，这可有严重的违法、侵权之嫌啊。再次提醒各
位：不要做无法无天的"革命群众"，而要做知法、守法的"公民"！――在行使公民法律权
利之前，首先自己要学法、懂法、守法。否则，让天下人耻笑：什么"乌有之乡"？"乌
龙之乡"吧！

人均可投资资产超1000万元人群中，有高达60%的人士已经完成投资移民或有相关考
虑，在可投资资产规模在1亿元以上的企业主中，已经完成投资移民或正在考虑的受访
者的比率也高64%。"博客中国"上，有篇署名闫和成的文章，对这种现象进行评论
说：在一九九九年以来的十年间，以富人和知识精英为主的中国人入籍美国、加拿大等
国家的人数约有二百万人。
因为移民，仅去年一年，从中国流向加拿大的财富，就有几十亿元人民币。文章说，出
现这么大规模的移民潮，必有内在原因。中国人有了学历、有了钱，就急着移居国
外，表面看是为了子女教育、国外的生活环境和旅行方便，其实，是对政府失去信
心，用脚投票。当今中国社会矛盾尖锐，官民对立，贫富分化，社会不公，贪腐横
行，问题食品层出不穷，环境污染日趋严重，在这些富豪和精英分子看来，现时的祖

虚张声势，请别滥用人民的名义！
不久前，大陆经济学家茅于轼，在财新网发表了题目叫《把毛泽东还原成人----读《红
太阳的陨落》的文章，历数毛泽东的罪恶，引发了毛左们的不满。最近，毛派在各地成
立了所谓的"XX市、XX省人民公诉团"，向全国人大提起公诉茅于轼，和《红太阳的陨落
》的作者辛子陵的请求。"博客中国"，有一篇题目叫《我为"人民公诉团"做一回高参》
的评论章，文章说：我给"公诉团"提几条参考意见：
一、"人民公诉团"应改为"公民控告团"。"人民公诉团"的称呼，名"不正"，要改名。理
由是："公诉"，是指检察院对犯罪嫌疑人的犯罪行为，向法院提出控告，要求法院通过
审判，确定犯罪事实、惩罚犯罪人的诉讼活动。叫"公诉团"，就闹了个笑话――难道这些
人能取代检察院？这些怀念文革岁月的同志哥们，要学点起码的法律知识了。
二、未经正式授权，不宜称"××市、××省人民公诉团"、。应当承认，乌有之乡和各地
"公诉团"的组织者们，确实才华横溢，他们比"百万群众唱红歌"的组织者们，更擅长
"造势"――"百万群众"毕竟不及"××市、××省人民"声势浩大。不过，我想提醒的是：一二
百号人联署，就敢打出"××市、××省人民公诉团"的旗号，不但公然侵犯了公民权利，也
会让人私下窃笑：都什么时代了，还玩百十号人马，自称司令，千把号"红卫兵"，号称
"百万雄师"那一套？有理说理。就事论事。依法控告。不能"拉大旗作虎皮"！――借"人
民"之刀杀人的悲剧，不能再上演了。
三、不要"有罪敲定"中国刑事诉讼法规定，"未经法院依法判决，对任何人都不得确定
有罪"。所以，在法院认定茅于轼和辛子陵的犯罪事实成立之前，将"煽动颠覆"、"制造
动乱"等等吓人的罪名，扣在他人头上，这可有严重的违法、侵权之嫌啊。再次提醒各
位：不要做无法无天的"革命群众"，而要做知法、守法的"公民"！――在行使公民法律权
利之前，首先自己要学法、懂法、守法。否则，让天下人耻笑：什么"乌有之乡"？"乌
龙之乡"吧！

美国联邦调查局发现，杨春来向大陆官员用电子邮件发送过包含受保护的原始程式
码，和专有资讯CME档。芝加哥商业交易所从5月开始监视电脑的工作，他们发现大量重
要的交易所运作文件、尤其是载有保护原始程式码的文件，被复制到可移动硬碟里。杨
春来原定7号回中国大陆。

按照美国法律，如果杨春来的罪名成立，他将面临最多10年的刑期、25万美元的罚款以
及三年的监督。

war, "United Front Work"had played a significant role for CCP to seize
power.Now it is needed to consolidate CCP's one-party rule.Chinese
authorities are actually a typical pragmatistand opportunist of no

On July 1, FBI agents arrested Yang Chunlai ofAssociation of Chinese
Scientists and Engineersat his workplace Chicago Mercantile Exchange
(CME),and charged him with stealing trade secrets.Yang, 49, is a senior
software engineer at CME.
The FBI found that Yang had e-mailed files containingprotected source code
and proprietary informationof CME to Chinese officials.CME started
monitoring computers in May 2011.They found a large number of operation
documents,especially the ones containing protected source code,were copied
to a removable storage devices.Yang originally planned to return to China
on July 7.

Yang's case reminded many people ofAmerica's most famous CCP spy, Larry
Wu-Tai Chin.Chin was a senior CIA official.The information he passed to CCP
had affectedthe Korean War, Vietnam War and Sino-U.S. relations.He was
arrested and committed suicide in 1986after being denied by the CCP.
Under U.S. law, if Yang is convicted, he will face upto 10 years in prison
and a $250,000 fine.

结束。
网路上，一篇「中共90年再看10年又何妨」的专题，引来了许多网友的反面回馈，表
示：「共党不死，天下不休，民不聊生」、 「共产党一天不倒，国家一日无救」。
有网友说：「十年？！肯定不会再给共产党留这么多时间了。一个是自身转变，否则准
备后事吧。别像当年苏共似的，被政府宣布为「非法」而解散。」
另一人说：……今年是中共建党90周年，中共能不能再有10年，撑到100岁，连它自己都
没有底。这就叫朝不保夕。 」
有网友上传一张站在「没有共产党就没有新中国」的照片前，但遮住「没」字，变成了

在《自由亚洲电台》的采访中，一名受访者说，老百姓恨透了中共，根本没有人关心什
么党庆。一名姓刘的访民表示：中共一边庆祝建党，一边却在伤害老百姓。
刘先生：「你大庆，你干什么还伤害老百姓？现在这边的警察抓了一个人，还打了那个
人。这边警察很多的。这几天北京接连的下雨，永定门长途汽车站桥的桥洞有访民在里
面住，他们（政府）都用砖头水泥把桥洞都堵上了，并且用水泥都抹上了，老百姓想扒
也扒不开。你说你庆祝就庆祝，关我们老百姓什么事。」
一名北京教师透露，学校被要求庆祝，都是走形式，她没参加学校安排的庆祝活动。
受访老师：「没人关心，看我从来都不关心，爱怎么怎么，都不知道。就学校有这种活
动，因为大学，部里要求这个，他们在六月份就开始唱歌，训练，都是走形式，反正就
是庆祝吧，我们到五棵松也就是唱歌跳舞什么的吧，谁知道，我都没去。」
历史学家程巢父接受《自由亚洲电台》访问时说，中共所谓的建国其实在祸害中国人
民。
程巢父：「他虽然标榜新中国，实际上是分裂国家，号称建国实际上是抢到了政权，绑
架了四亿五千万的同胞，这六十几年他做的坏事罄竹难书，现在越来越腐败，把有良知
有正义感的知识份子一个个打压。」
「全球退党服务中心」资料显示，如今已经有近一亿的中国人退出了中共的党、团、队
组织。服务中心最近发表的文章说：「『三退'运动正是上天赋予中国人的大智慧，是
解体中共之正法大道，从而以不战而屈人之兵的最高境界，解体中共邪党于无形之
中，早日迎来没有共产党的新中国。」

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) celebratedthe 90th anniversary of its
founding on July 1.In his speech, the party secretary Hu Jintao said,(the
CCP should) "firmly rely on the people".However, people have given up hope
in the CCP.Some are waiting for the end of Communist rule.
An online article proposing to give CCP more timedrew a lot of negative
feedback from netizens,who said, "Only if the CCP dies, can the world
restand can people live a normal life," and"as long as CCP lives, China is
hopeless."
Some netizens said, "No more time for the CCP.If it doesn't transform
itself, it should prepare to die.Unless it wants to be like Soviet
Communist Party,which disbanded after being declared "illegal".
Another netizen said, "Even the CCP itselfdoesn't know how long it can
survive.The CCP is in a precarious state."
A photo is widely circulating online.It reads, "With the Chinese Communist
Party,there will not be a new China."
An interviewee told Radio Free Asia thatas the people hate the CCP to the
core,no one cares what the party celebrations.A petitioner Mr. Liu said,
the CCP celebrateswhile it continues to harm the Chinese people.
Liu: As you celebrate, why do you still hurt people?The police here has
just arrested and hit a man.As it has continuously rained in Beijing
lately,many petitioners live under the arches of a bridge.The authorities
used cement to fill the arches,so the people can no longer live under
them.What does the celebration have to do with us?
A teacher said, schools were ordered to celebrate,but she did not
participate.
Teacher: "No one cares (about the celebrations).I never care about it. Only
schools celebrate,as they are required by the (Education) Ministry.The
students started to practice singing in June.My school had some activities,
too, but I did go.
Historian Cheng Chaofu told Radio Free Asia thatthe so-called founding of
CCP regimewas ruining the Chinese people.
Cheng Chaofu: (When the CCP was founded),although it claimed to advocate a
new China,in reality, it divided the country, usurped the powerand
kidnapped 450 million of our compatriots.In 6 decades, the CCP committed
numerous crimes,and it getting more and more corrupt.It wants to suppress
all intellectuals with conscience.
As per Global Service Center for Quitting the CCP,as of July 1st, nearly
100 million have quit.The Center wrote in an article, "Tuidang movementis a
heavenly-bestowed wisdom to the Chinese.It has achieved the highest level

一名北京教师透露，学校被要求庆祝，都是走形式，她没参加学校安排的庆祝活动。
受访老师：「没人关心，看我从来都不关心，爱怎么怎么，都不知道。就学校有这种活
动，因为大学，部里要求这个，他们在六月份就开始唱歌，训练，都是走形式，反正就
是庆祝吧，我们到五棵松也就是唱歌跳舞什么的吧，谁知道，我都没去。」
历史学家程巢父接受《自由亚洲电台》访问时说，中共所谓的建国其实在祸害中国人
民。
程巢父：「他虽然标榜新中国，实际上是分裂国家，号称建国实际上是抢到了政权，绑
架了四亿五千万的同胞，这六十几年他做的坏事罄竹难书，现在越来越腐败，把有良知
有正义感的知识份子一个个打压。」
「全球退党服务中心」资料显示，如今已经有近一亿的中国人退出了中共的党、团、队
组织。服务中心最近发表的文章说：「『三退'运动正是上天赋予中国人的大智慧，是
解体中共之正法大道，从而以不战而屈人之兵的最高境界，解体中共邪党于无形之
中，早日迎来没有共产党的新中国。」

CCP Celebration Resented by People
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) celebratedthe 90th anniversary of its
founding on July 1.In his speech, the party secretary Hu Jintao said,(the
CCP should) "firmly rely on the people".However, people have given up hope
in the CCP.Some are waiting for the end of Communist rule.
An online article proposing to give CCP more timedrew a lot of negative
feedback from netizens,who said, "Only if the CCP dies, can the world
restand can people live a normal life," and"as long as CCP lives, China is
hopeless."
Some netizens said, "No more time for the CCP.If it doesn't transform
itself, it should prepare to die.Unless it wants to be like Soviet
Communist Party,which disbanded after being declared "illegal".
Another netizen said, "Even the CCP itselfdoesn't know how long it can
survive.The CCP is in a precarious state."
A photo is widely circulating online.It reads, "With the Chinese Communist
Party,there will not be a new China."
An interviewee told Radio Free Asia thatas the people hate the CCP to the
core,no one cares what the party celebrations.A petitioner Mr. Liu said,
the CCP celebrateswhile it continues to harm the Chinese people.
Liu: As you celebrate, why do you still hurt people?The police here has
just arrested and hit a man.As it has continuously rained in Beijing
lately,many petitioners live under the arches of a bridge.The authorities
used cement to fill the arches,so the people can no longer live under
them.What does the celebration have to do with us?
A teacher said, schools were ordered to celebrate,but she did not
participate.
Teacher: "No one cares (about the celebrations).I never care about it. Only
schools celebrate,as they are required by the (Education) Ministry.The
students started to practice singing in June.My school had some activities,
too, but I did go.
Historian Cheng Chaofu told Radio Free Asia thatthe so-called founding of
CCP regimewas ruining the Chinese people.
Cheng Chaofu: (When the CCP was founded),although it claimed to advocate a
new China,in reality, it divided the country, usurped the powerand
kidnapped 450 million of our compatriots.In 6 decades, the CCP committed
numerous crimes,and it getting more and more corrupt.It wants to suppress
all intellectuals with conscience.
As per Global Service Center for Quitting the CCP,as of July 1st, nearly
100 million have quit.The Center wrote in an article, "Tuidang movementis a
heavenly-bestowed wisdom to the Chinese.It has achieved the highest level
of"subduing the enemy without any fighting".Tuidang disintegrates the CCP
in an invisible way,and bring a new China without the CCP."

"七一"前后，北京当局极力渲染红色的"党庆"气氛。胡锦涛在七一讲话上声称，中共除
了人民利益，没有所谓「自己的特殊利益」，「要奉献人民」。但是他又提出"稳定是
硬任务"，把"维稳"提到了一个新高度。
近期，到北京上访的访民日渐增多。中共更是直接将「信访办」设在了一向用来关押访
民的「久敬庄」。
被称为福建维权斗士的纪斯尊告诉《新唐人》记者，到北京信访的访民多达几万人。当
局将他们集中关押在「久敬庄」，里面人山人海，人满为患，访民们几乎都没吃没喝。
纪斯尊自己也因为到全国人大信访办上访，结果被扣押在「久敬庄」。
纪斯尊："因为大家不愿意在里面，大家要出来，但保安不让他们出来，然后双方就发
生冲突了。整天都是冲突不断的，不断的争吵。大家当然要出来，要恢复人身自由
的，他就不让，严格限制人身自由。这次连特警都出动了。上访人员有几万人，都全部
集中到里边去了，所以我把它叫作『集中营'。"
另一位不愿透露姓名的新疆维权人士，通过长期以来对大陆访民的接触和了解，发现
"久敬庄"和另一处上访"救济中心"----"马加楼"，其实就是"黑监狱"。
新疆维权人士："最早的时候（关押访民）是在『马家楼'，但是因为马家楼当时设
施，各方面比较小一点，不够装那么多访民。所以它现在在『久敬庄'又重新建了一个
大的，可以说是变相的监狱。它一般从各个信访口搜集的访民用大客车拉了以后，就送
到『久敬庄'或者送到『马家楼'。羁押人的时间一般最长的在十几天半个月，短的两三
天"
独立中文笔会成员、香港《开放》杂志主编蔡咏梅表示，中国社会不稳定的问题，突出
表现在政府全力阻截、打压上访人员方面。访民上访是因为他们没有地方申诉。
蔡咏梅："上访全世界都没有，只有中国有。为什么去上访找官员给你解决呢？如果这
个社会有法律机制，大家就去打官司。就是说你没有一个渠道，就等于把人逼上梁山
了。"
此外，一些大陆异议人士在"七一"敏感日也惨遭打压。
据《自由亚洲电台》报导，在贵阳，"贵州人权研讨会"活动因"七一"而受到干扰、无法
进行，多名骨干成员被软禁在家，或被带离贵阳；其中一名骨干成员莫建刚表示，他在
前一天就被警察带到外地，期间还遭到一名国保大队长的暴力对待。
在浙江杭州，多名民主党人士，包括邹巍、吴义龙等，"七一"当天也分别被国保"约喝
茶"。
而在只有一岸之遥的香港特区，"七一"当天的景象却大不相同。
7月1号，21万8千香港民众上街游行，向港府和中共政权的苛政与恶法发出怒吼，要求
行政长官曾荫权下台，要求"打倒共产党"。
有大陆游客看到壮观的游行队伍后表示非常振奋。
大陆游客："我很羡慕香港的老百姓，我希望香港坚持到底，把这个民主自由的风气带
到中国大陆，让全中国的人民都能够享受到这样的民主自由，这样中国才有希望。"
而蔡咏梅说，自从89年的六四以后，香港十多年来都是游行抗议不断，但是香港的社会
稳定和秩序是没有问题的，社会的运作也是很正常的。
她还表示，一个限制表达的社会就像是一个高压锅，如果不给发�的出气孔，最终的结
果就是爆炸，彻底毁灭。

Although the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) triesto create a "peaceful"
scene, while it celebrates its90th anniversary, it still detains
dissidents.In a July 1 speech, the CCP's General SecretaryHu Jintao stated
that "stability is a hard task."The largest protest march in recent years
was heldin Hong Kong on July 1st, as people expressedtheir support for
their oppressed compatriots,as well as their dissatisfaction with the CCP
andthe Hong Kong government.
In his July 1st speech, Hu Jintao claimed thatthe CCP doesn't have its
own "special interests,"so it should be "dedicated to the people."However,
he also said, "stability is a hard task,"thus, raising the need
for "maintaining stability"to new heights.
Recently, the number of Beijing-bound petitionershas dramatically
increased.To detain petitioners, the CCP has movedthe Office for Petitions
and Appealsclose to an illegal prison called "Jiujingzhuang."
Known as Fujian Province's human rights warrior,Ji Sizun told NTDTV that
tens of thousands ofpetitioners across China came to the Central
Office.Authorities threw the petitioners into Jiujingzhuang,which was
completely packed and supplied themwith little food or water.
Ji Sizun was also detained in Jiujingzhuang,for petitioning in Beijing.
Ji Sizun: "All detainees wanted to be released,however, the security guards
would not release them.Then, the two sides constantly clashed and argued.A
special police force was even dispatched.Since tens of thousands of
petitioners are detainedthere, I call Jiujingzhuang a concentration camp."
An anonymous activist from Xinjiang discoveredJiujingzhuang and another
petition "relief center."Majialou, which is in fact an illegal prison.
Rights Activist from Xinjiang:"Majialou was the first place [to detain
petitioners].Since it is a small facility, the authorities
builtJiujingzhuang, which looks exactly like a large prison.Petitioners are
『collected' from different officesand bussed to these illegal prisons.They
are detained from several days, up to 2 weeks."
Hong Kong Open magazine editor, Cai Yongmei,said, "China's social
instability is most clearly seenin the CCP's effort to suppress
petitioners, who onlypetition because they have no place to appeal."
Cai Yongmei: "Petitions only exists in China.Why do petitioners seek help
from senior officials?Because of the lack of judiciary protocols.If
protocols existed, they would go to court instead.If people don't have a
channel to solve problems,they will eventually revolt."
Also, some mainland dissidents were suppressedon July 1st, a
so-called "sensitive day."
According to Radio Free Asia in Guiyang,Guizhou Seminar on Human Rights was
disrupted,and key members were put under house arrestor were taken away by
authorities.One key member, Mo Jiangang said that policemanhandled him as
they lead him away.
In Hangzhou, many democracy activists, such asZou Wei and Wu Yilong, were
summoned by police.
It was a different story in Hong Kong SAR.
On July 1, about 218,000 people took to the streetsshouting, "Down with the
CCP!" demandingthat Chief Executive Donald Tsang step down.
Mainland tourists were very excited by the march.
Mainland tourist: "I envy the people of Hong Kong.I hope that Hong Kong can
persist to the endand bring democracy and freedom to the mainland.Only when
all Chinese can enjoy freedom anddemocracy, will China have any hope."
Cai said that since the Tiananmen Massacre in 1989,"There have been
continuous protests in Hong Kong.However, there's no problem regarding Hong
Kong'ssocial stability or order; it functions normally."
Cai said, "A society that restricts its people'sright to express their
views is like a pressure cooker.Without a way to vent their discontent,the
society will explode and be destroyed."

【禁闻】七一中港两重天"建港伟业"积怨
【新唐人2011年7月2日讯】今年的"七一"是中共建党90周年纪念。中共喉舌媒体连篇累
牍的对共产党进行铺金加粉。然而，在中国特区香港，却爆发了一场近22万人参加的大
游行，重演了2003年反23条的气势。反观在中国大陆，中共刻意营造的喜庆却掩盖不了
民间的积怨。
7月1号下午，"七一"大游行让整个香港沸腾起来。从铜锣湾维多利亚公园，沿轩尼斯
道、经湾仔、金钟，最后到中环政府总部，绵延4公里，据统计有21万8千香港民众参加
了这场游行。
今年香港"七一大游行"主题为"还我2012双普选，打倒地产霸权，曾荫权下台"，这是香
港民间"人权阵线"举办七一游行以来，首次在大会主题中，要求特首下台。
最近，港府强推洗脑式爱国教育、建议选举递补机制代替补选和终审，法院首次主动提
请人大释法等等，这一连串的亲共举措令民愤不断升温。港大民调也显示，仅有三成港
人信任北京政府，创下11年来的新低。特首的民望更是任内新低。
香港"退党服务中心"发言人卢洁："香港人一步一步的成熟，提出来的诉求都更直接而
且更坚决，比如说，他们今天讲，你我站出来，没有不可能的，他们非常有自信，他们
还要提出来改变命运。这是以前我在历次七一游行中没有看到的。"
香港《苹果日报》报导，6月30号，驻港部队在中环和维港两岸，进行海陆空三军联合
跨营机动演练。
当天早上，载有手持步枪解放军的军车经过中环闹市，多部装甲车更在9点多，上班繁
忙时间，在九龙弥敦道闹市行驶。让目睹的市民联想到了"六四"事件。而驻港部队声
称，演练有助提升部队处理突发事件。
香港《开放》杂志执行编辑蔡咏梅："在香港搞反恐演习，显然不是针对的恐怖份
子，针对这香港人，尤其第二天，我们香港就要七一大游行，我觉得这个是中共对香港
人的恐吓。没有用，一个你吓不倒香港人，可能还起反作用，香港人会非常的反感。"
反观在中国大陆的"七一"是怎么一种景象呢？
中共的90大庆给《法国国际广播电台》记者安德列留下的印象是：发烧的红色。
他在文章中说，从重庆到武汉、再到边远的西北，到处都在唱红歌，跳红舞，好像金钱
薰染下的今日中国正在变；好像几千年的中国文明只剩下一点文革的残余，那个时代
"全国一片红"，暴力、血腥、残忍，正是那个时代的像征。
就在北京张灯结彩欢庆所谓的"党庆"时，在北京的另一个角落，却演绎着不同的故事。
上海访民韩先生："现在我们被上海市驻京办拘禁在北京市南站救济站那个里面，现在
拘禁了几天了，也不放我们出去。崔复方的母亲，八九十岁的一个老人上访被他们殴
打，伤到什么情况还不知道。"
上海访民沈永梅："我们来跟共产党要回我们的财产，请共产党抢我们的财产还给我
们，我们就是这个诉求和要求。共产党已经把我们的财产都抢了，抢了占用10年了，它
们要庆祝90年倒蛮高兴的，我们10年流离失所谁来问我们痛苦呀，我们这些很痛苦的访
民呀。"
香港的中国问题分析员李崇光发表在《德国之声》的文章说，中共早年靠暴动起家，今
天在政治领域依然采用暴力革命手法予以统治的现实，某种程度上培养了许多"吃狼奶
长大的孩子"，也就是说，虽然对中共不满，但却依然采用非理性、非和平的手段来争
取自己的利益。

Hong Kong's Protest March
July 1 is the 90th anniversary of the founding ofthe Chinese Communist
Party (CCP).The CCP's mouthpiece media continue to praise it.However, in
Hong Kong, a protest march of nearly220,000 people took place.It resembled
the anti-Article 23 protest in 2003.In Mainland China, the deliberately
created festivitiescan not cover up the people's accumulated rancor.
The July 1 grand demonstration startedfrom Victoria Park in Causeway
Bay,along Hennessy Road, through Wan Chai District,to Government
Secretariat in Central District.The route was 4 km, with 218,000
participants.
The theme of July 1 March this year is"Give back My Double Universal
Suffrage in 2012;down with real estate hegemony;(Chief Executive) Donald
Tsang to step down."The march is organized by Civil Human Rights Front.
Recently, Hong Kong government pushed forbrainwashing patriotic education
andproposed a pro-CCP by-election bill.These have infuriated the people of
Hong Kong.Hong Kong University poll showes only 30% ofHong Kong people
trust the Beijing government,which is the lowest in 11 years.Tsang's
popularity is also at its lowest point.
Hong Kong "Service Centre for Quitting the CCP"spokesperson Lu Jie
said,Hong Kong people are getting mature step by step.Their demands are
more direct and stronger.They are very self-confident.They even proposed to
change their own fate.I didn't see these in previous July 1 marches.
Hong Kong's Apple Daily said, on June 30,The People's Liberation Army (PLA)
Garrisonhad a land, sea and air joint exercise.
In the morning of June 30, PLA military vehiclesarmed with rifles passed
through Central District.Multiple vehicles drove in the busy Kowloon.They
reminded the public of Tiananmen Massacre.The Garrison claimed that
military exercises wouldimprove the troops' ability to handle emergencies.
Cai Yongmei, executive editor of Open magazine:"Anti-terrorist exercises in
HK are clearly not directedtowards terrorists, but towards Hong Kong
people,as after the exercises, the July 1 march would follow.I think this

In another part of Beijing,different stories are being played out.
Mr. Han, a petitioner from Shanghai:"We have been put into custody in
Beijingby the Shanghai government's Beijing Office.(Petitioner) Cui
Fufang's mother is 89 years old.We know she was beaten by them,but we don't
know how badly she was beaten yet."
Shen Yongmei, a petitioner from Shanghai:"We came to get our properties
back from the CCP.This is our only demand and request.The CCP robbed all
our assets 10 years ago.They are celebrating their 90th anniversary.We have
wandered and suffered for 10 years."
Hong Kong's China issue analyst Li Chongguangpublished an article on
Deutsche Welle.It said, the CCP started by violent unrests.As it still uses
violent revolutionary ways to rule,it has raised many kids "fed on wolf
milk".Although dissatisfied with the CCP,they still use non-rational and
non-peaceful meansto fight for their own interests.

【新唐人2011年7月2日讯】今年的"七一"是中共建党90周年纪念。中共喉舌媒体连篇累
牍的对共产党进行铺金加粉。然而，在中国特区香港，却爆发了一场近22万人参加的大
游行，重演了2003年反23条的气势。反观在中国大陆，中共刻意营造的喜庆却掩盖不了
民间的积怨。
7月1号下午，"七一"大游行让整个香港沸腾起来。从铜锣湾维多利亚公园，沿轩尼斯
道、经湾仔、金钟，最后到中环政府总部，绵延4公里，据统计有21万8千香港民众参加
了这场游行。
今年香港"七一大游行"主题为"还我2012双普选，打倒地产霸权，曾荫权下台"，这是香
港民间"人权阵线"举办七一游行以来，首次在大会主题中，要求特首下台。
最近，港府强推洗脑式爱国教育、建议选举递补机制代替补选和终审，法院首次主动提
请人大释法等等，这一连串的亲共举措令民愤不断升温。港大民调也显示，仅有三成港
人信任北京政府，创下11年来的新低。特首的民望更是任内新低。
香港"退党服务中心"发言人卢洁："香港人一步一步的成熟，提出来的诉求都更直接而
且更坚决，比如说，他们今天讲，你我站出来，没有不可能的，他们非常有自信，他们
还要提出来改变命运。这是以前我在历次七一游行中没有看到的。"
香港《苹果日报》报导，6月30号，驻港部队在中环和维港两岸，进行海陆空三军联合
跨营机动演练。
当天早上，载有手持步枪解放军的军车经过中环闹市，多部装甲车更在9点多，上班繁
忙时间，在九龙弥敦道闹市行驶。让目睹的市民联想到了"六四"事件。而驻港部队声
称，演练有助提升部队处理突发事件。
香港《开放》杂志执行编辑蔡咏梅："在香港搞反恐演习，显然不是针对的恐怖份
子，针对这香港人，尤其第二天，我们香港就要七一大游行，我觉得这个是中共对香港
人的恐吓。没有用，一个你吓不倒香港人，可能还起反作用，香港人会非常的反感。"
反观在中国大陆的"七一"是怎么一种景象呢？
中共的90大庆给《法国国际广播电台》记者安德列留下的印象是：发烧的红色。
他在文章中说，从重庆到武汉、再到边远的西北，到处都在唱红歌，跳红舞，好像金钱
薰染下的今日中国正在变；好像几千年的中国文明只剩下一点文革的残余，那个时代
"全国一片红"，暴力、血腥、残忍，正是那个时代的像征。
就在北京张灯结彩欢庆所谓的"党庆"时，在北京的另一个角落，却演绎着不同的故事。
上海访民韩先生："现在我们被上海市驻京办拘禁在北京市南站救济站那个里面，现在
拘禁了几天了，也不放我们出去。崔复方的母亲，八九十岁的一个老人上访被他们殴
打，伤到什么情况还不知道。"
上海访民沈永梅："我们来跟共产党要回我们的财产，请共产党抢我们的财产还给我
们，我们就是这个诉求和要求。共产党已经把我们的财产都抢了，抢了占用10年了，它
们要庆祝90年倒蛮高兴的，我们10年流离失所谁来问我们痛苦呀，我们这些很痛苦的访
民呀。"
香港的中国问题分析员李崇光发表在《德国之声》的文章说，中共早年靠暴动起家，今
天在政治领域依然采用暴力革命手法予以统治的现实，某种程度上培养了许多"吃狼奶
长大的孩子"，也就是说，虽然对中共不满，但却依然采用非理性、非和平的手段来争
取自己的利益。

Hong Kong's Protest March
July 1 is the 90th anniversary of the founding ofthe Chinese Communist
Party (CCP).The CCP's mouthpiece media continue to praise it.However, in
Hong Kong, a protest march of nearly220,000 people took place.It resembled
the anti-Article 23 protest in 2003.In Mainland China, the deliberately
created festivitiescan not cover up the people's accumulated rancor.
The July 1 grand demonstration startedfrom Victoria Park in Causeway
Bay,along Hennessy Road, through Wan Chai District,to Government
Secretariat in Central District.The route was 4 km, with 218,000
participants.
The theme of July 1 March this year is"Give back My Double Universal
Suffrage in 2012;down with real estate hegemony;(Chief Executive) Donald
Tsang to step down."The march is organized by Civil Human Rights Front.
Recently, Hong Kong government pushed forbrainwashing patriotic education
andproposed a pro-CCP by-election bill.These have infuriated the people of
Hong Kong.Hong Kong University poll showes only 30% ofHong Kong people
trust the Beijing government,which is the lowest in 11 years.Tsang's
popularity is also at its lowest point.
Hong Kong "Service Centre for Quitting the CCP"spokesperson Lu Jie
said,Hong Kong people are getting mature step by step.Their demands are
more direct and stronger.They are very self-confident.They even proposed to
change their own fate.I didn't see these in previous July 1 marches.
Hong Kong's Apple Daily said, on June 30,The People's Liberation Army (PLA)
Garrisonhad a land, sea and air joint exercise.
In the morning of June 30, PLA military vehiclesarmed with rifles passed
through Central District.Multiple vehicles drove in the busy Kowloon.They
reminded the public of Tiananmen Massacre.The Garrison claimed that
military exercises wouldimprove the troops' ability to handle emergencies.
Cai Yongmei, executive editor of Open magazine:"Anti-terrorist exercises in
HK are clearly not directedtowards terrorists, but towards Hong Kong
people,as after the exercises, the July 1 march would follow.I think this
