【禁闻】学者：中共腐败 中国巨变为期不远

【新唐人2011年3月30日讯】2011年为辛亥革命百年，今天中国的局势和晚清有很多相
似之处，再加上中东北非民主革命浪潮越演越烈，中国未来走向也是观察家们热衷讨论
的话题。近日，有学者指出，中共内部腐败，中国巨变为期不远。

据台湾《联合报》报导，旅居澳大利亚的著名作家、法学家袁红冰教授，3月28号到台
湾政治大学发表"中国自由民主的展望及其影响"专题演讲。他在演讲中指出，二○一三
到二○一五年中间，大陆将会发生重大政治事件，政治体制将出现巨变。

袁红冰强调，目前的共产党是个腐败的政党。虽然很多人看到它经济成长，但却是从资
源毁灭性开发、长期剥削农民工而来。他还指出，目前大陆百分之卅的土地遭到几百种
重金属污染，黄河断流、长江水系崩溃、北方沙漠化，生态难民会是未来三年最严重的
问题。

目前，大陆三亿多农民工每天劳动却只领取不到一元美金的酬劳，全国大部分的财产掌
握在百分之一的领导阶层手中，社会产生了巨大矛盾。袁红冰认为，这样的社会环
境，是产生社会革命的必然模式。

同时，世界媒体也在质疑中共政府近期所为，怀疑内部出现了问题。29号，法国论坛报
发表一篇题为《沸腾的中国静悄悄》的文章。文章作者经济博士福洛朗蒂诺指出，世界
处于沸点，地球在爆炸。只有中国在国际经济，金融和政治舞台上却不可置信的悄然无
声。

福洛朗蒂诺分析，中共不参与反卡扎菲的行动倒不足为奇。但是，债务率飙升，本应该
购�希腊，爱尔兰，葡萄牙或西班牙的公债，然而却看不到任何一个中国买者。另
外，中共也没有参与干预日元的上升。福洛朗蒂诺认为，中共的这次沉默是因为中国内
部隐藏着深层危机。

虽然中共的统治出现了危机，袁红冰认为，促成中国的巨变还要等待时机。他在2月
28号布里斯班演讲中表示，中共把国家恐怖主义发挥到极致，在中国爆发一次人民革命
确实很难。

袁红冰："但就我对中国的了解，在中国内部，造成像前苏联共产帝国崩溃的所有社会
因素迅速成熟起来，社会矛盾早已经达到了革命的临界点，现在等待只是一次历史的偶
然性，来点燃达到这一临界点的社会矛盾。"

袁红冰认为，虽然很难判断那一天发生革命，但他相信很快就会发生。

China Next on the Revolution List

2011 is the 100th anniversary of the 1911 Revolution.With China's current
situation and the revolutions inthe Middle East and North Africa, China's
futurehas become a widely discussed topic. Scholarsbelieve corruption in
the Chinese Communist Party(CCP) will bring major change to China very soon.

According to United Daily New, renowned authorand scholar, Yuan Hongbing,
predicted duringa speech at Nation Chengchi University in Taiwanthat major
political events and structural changeswould occur in China between 2013
and 2015.

Yuan emphasized that the communist party hasbecome thoroughly corrupt. Its
economic growthis built on the destructive exploitation of naturaland human
resources. He also pointed out thateco-disasters, like soil contamination
and landdesertification would be some of China's biggestproblems in the
next 3 years.

Today, over 300 million workers struggle on dailywages of less than USD1.
Most of China's wealthis controlled by 1% of its population,causing acute
social conflicts. Yuan believesthat such conflicts will lead to a
revolution.

Media suspect internal problems in the CCP.La Tribune published an article
describing China as"boiling silently" while the rest of the worldexplodes
economically and politically.

The article pointed out China's invisibility inthe Euro zone bond buys.
China also did not helpwith the rise of the Japanese Yen. The article
saidthat these are signs of deep crisis in China.。Yuan Hongbing thinks the
timing has to be right forchanges to occur in China. On February 28 he
saidit would be very difficult to start a revolution underthe currently
incited extreme nationalism.

"Based on my understanding of China, conditionsare maturing for a
revolution similar to that in theSoviet Union. Social conflicts are on the
vergeof an outbreak. We are only waiting for theright timing, a spark to
set such conflicts on fire."

袁红冰认为，虽然很难判断那一天发生革命，但他相信很快就会发生。Yuan believes
that a revolution will occur very soon.
