【新唐人2011年7月28日讯】温州�7.23动车事件�，死伤惨重，成为中国高铁缺乏安
全的典范实例。事故发生后，中共媒体对惨剧竭尽粉饰，对于救援方式和善后工作遭到
质疑，以及死难者家人的抗议，却闭口不谈。大陆媒体一贯�将悲剧变成喜剧�的宣传
手法，在这次惨剧中暴露无遗。不过，这次事件中也发现，有特警抗命救人，和媒体抗
命报导的感人情况。下面一起来看看。
温州事故现场、医院和殡仪馆等地，这几天是哭声连天，死难者家人痛不欲生的惨状令
人痛惜。温州事故给无数家庭带来的创伤是无法弥补的。当救援方式受到质疑，当善后
工作不当引发死难者家人抗议，当地媒体却闭口不谈。
事故发生前半个多月，铁道部政治部副主任兼宣传部部长、新闻发言人王勇平，在做客
"新华网"时还声称，中国高铁大量的技术指标已经远远优于日本的�新干线�，大陆的
高铁不会发生追尾事故。
王勇平的雷语发表半个月后，温州追尾事故发生了。然而，就在温州撞车第二天，中宣
部马上下达封杀令，要求各地召回前去采访的记者。来自香港《苹果日报》消息说，有
记者回电抗命，当被问到何以如此抗命时，这名记者竟然表示，报社发召回令是�做给
上边看的�。
另外，有趣的是，报导说，温州市宣传部门派人以�协助采访�为名，请各地记者留下
服务机构和姓名，有大陆记者识破诡计，故意留个子虚乌有名称，没有多久，温州当局
竟向这个虚构机构发电，要求�召回�记者。有关记者知道后哈哈大笑说：�早知道他
们会玩这一招！�
7月25号，CCTV新闻频道午间新闻总共用了20分钟报导了�7.23列车脱轨事件�，其中
12分钟是在歌颂武警消防，歌颂医院，歌颂抢险救助安排多么及时、多么合理，其中
7分钟是在描述中央是多么重视，领导是多么亲力亲为视察安抚。只有1分钟实在讲述列
车相撞和脱轨的情况。而去挖掘这起事件的原因和纠其责任，0分钟。有市民打电话到
电台直播间投诉，刚讲一半就遭断线。
近百名死难者家人，25号晚包围温州市政府，要求当局尽快完成调查，交待真相。
不过，这次事故中与以往不同的是，竟然有敢于说实话的电视台出现。这让中共当局历
次将悲剧变成喜剧的宣传手法、自吹自演、漠视生命的本质再一次曝光。
据大陆"欣闻非常道"电台播报：0048-0129"两天以来，全国的目光似乎都集中到了这
里，各大媒体纷纷报导，网络上也是有很多的疑问？刚才我们得到的消息，《新华网》
援引温州方面的消息，现在死亡人数是38人，而铁道部的消息呢依然说是35人，21世纪
《经济时报》在它的官方的微博里提出这样的质疑。4辆满员的车厢，掉到几十米深的
铁路桥下，400多人，伤210人，死亡35人，那还有两百多人，难道是安然无恙吗？
另外，在这次事故中，给世界唯一带来喜悦的是，两岁半女童项玮伊获救，就在项玮伊
获救前13小时，当局已宣布结束救援行动。温州特警支队长邵曳戎抗命，不用吊车搬走
被撞毁的车厢，坚持在铁轨上原地清理，给了小伊伊一次生存的机会。
项玮伊获救了，但有网友担心，这名抗命队长是否会像徐勤先那样遭处分。1989年，解
放军陆军38军军长徐勤先，就因为抗命，拒绝带兵进入北京镇压示威学生，而被开除党
籍、判囚五年，出狱后，徐勤先至今仍被软禁。

23号，浙江温州�动车追尾相撞事故�发生后，官方调查还没有结果就急忙定性为�天
灾�，当局72小时的搜救时间连三分之一都没过，就开始掩埋车头、毁坏证据。专家分
析事故是人为因素造成的。
香港《东方日报》斥责中共将�高铁豆腐渣�赖天灾，是�人祸国耻�。而中宣部下令
要求各地媒体不派记者去采访，特别要管好报刊和网站，不要链接高铁发展相关信
息，不做反思性报导。
26号，《新华网》公布温州动车事故死亡人数为39人，而上海《东方卫视》记者说死亡
63人。另有医院目击者称，死亡在200人左右。
造价超过三峡工程的中国高速铁路，造成铁道部的负债总额从2008年的8千多亿人民
币，激增到2010年的近19000亿元。高铁专案被外界指责是中共的政治面子工程。
李天笑(美国哥伦比亚大学政治学博士)：�它主要是为了要支撑中共政权的非法性涂上
一层光环，它这个目地就造成在高铁的技术方面、速度方面等等一定要赶上所谓'世界
第一'。在这样一种动机下，它对各种安全措施等，或者明明知道存在隐患，但是它在
高速发展的驱动力下，完全是不顾。�
当局24号免去上海铁路局局长龙京等人的职务，由总调度长安路生接任。而安路生却因
2008年胶济铁路两车相撞的人为事故，导致72人死亡、416人受伤被免职。
网友愤怒的说：�走了一头狼，来了一头豺狼，百姓是任人宰割的羊。�网民批评当局
救援迟缓，要求铁道部长盛光祖下台的呼声持续高涨。
盛光祖在2008年出任海关总署署长时，就有传闻，他是江泽民的表侄。今年2月，盛光
祖接替因腐败下台的刘志军，就任铁道部长。
唐柏桥(中国和平民主联盟主席)：�被赶下台的铁道部部长是江泽民系统的，所以它这
一次事情出来以后，势必有人会被当替罪羊抛出来，都会影响中共的权力斗争。�
铁道部一向财大势大，曾拥有自成一体的警察、通讯、医院、学校、司法等系统，堪称
�铁道独立王国�。
武汉养路工出身的刘志军，96年升任铁道部副部长，2002年被江泽民提拨为铁道部党书
记，03年出任铁道部长。据知情人披露，每次江泽民乘坐专列到各地视察，刘志军必定
放下工作，全程陪同，以保证万无一失。
2006年，刘志军的弟弟、有�天下第一票贩子�之称的武汉铁路局副局长刘志祥，因为
雇凶杀害举报者，被判处死缓，仅从他家中搜出发霉的现金就有3千多万。
2008年，刘志军依仗江派势力，力抗交通运输部的兼并，挫败了主导机构改革的团派常
务副总理李克强。
《博讯网》披露，刘志军在位期间，铁道部系统在海外吃回扣、贪污腐败工程款、倒卖
火车票，总额高达600亿人民币，其中与刘志军家族有关的达120亿元。
刘志军曾计画用20亿元买官做副总理。财新《新世纪》杂志披露，刘志军的情妇多达两
位数，与他有权钱交易的山西女富商丁书苗是主要介绍人，其中包括她投资的电视剧新
《红楼梦》的女演员。
另一位被中纪委双规的铁道部原总工程师张曙光，被称为�中国高铁技术奠基人�，他
转移到海外的存款达28亿美元。铁道部副部长王志国也被停职审查。

心主任于建嵘最近指出，仇官、仇富、仇警是今天中国最基本的社会心态，中国社会将
来一定会发生非常大的动荡。
在7月20号�第22届香港书展�开幕日，著名社会学者于建嵘教授发表演讲，综述了十
年以来农民工人和市民维权的趋势，他提到：甚至连河南省的党校教师也罢课维权。
他指出，今年各地层出不穷的�群体性事件�，显示中共政权失去了民众的基本信
任，星星之火就能轻易引发�群体性事件�甚至酿成骚乱。
于建嵘：�我告诉你们一个到大陆吵架的方法，只要你和人家吵架，你实在吵不过他
了，你只要讲一句话你就赢了：'你不就是个当官的么？'讲完之后，肯定好多老百姓围

说，中国最富10%人口每年收入接近20200美元，是10%最穷人口的25倍。
�美林�公布的�2011全球财富报告�显示，2010年中国拥有百万美元以上资产的富豪
达53.5万人，位列全球第四。�世界奢侈品协会�的报告指出，2012年中国将取代日本
成为全球第一大奢侈品消费国。
中国有钱人狂购天价豪宅、钻石、名车、名表等奢侈品，而在通货膨胀的压�下，普通
劳动者的收入应付生存所需的柴米油盐和居住、医疗及子女教育，都捉襟见肘。
经济学家郎咸平教授表示，中国工人的平均工资一小时只有0.8美元，比非洲还低，位
列全球最后一名，而中国工人一年的工作时间却是全世界最长的。
欧美甚至巴西的居民消费占GDP的比重都在60-70%以上，而中国居民消费仅占GDP的
29%，郎咸平教授归因于普通中国人太贫穷。
另一方面，中共当局的财政收入却年年大幅度增长，今年上半年已超过5.6万亿，比去
年同期增长31.2%。这就是海内外学者同声指责的�国富民穷�。
于建嵘：�前一个阶段它靠的是改革开放、什么政绩、GDP、什么发展的效率；最近一
个阶段开始有人重回革命、要把原来革命的合法性又拿回来，这是共产党今天遇到的一
个很大的问题。所以它今天很困扰，什么教育都没有用，你讲所有的理论提出来，都在
老百姓那里变成了笑话。�
温家宝最近表示，不指望中国诸多社会不公问题在近期内能得到解决。原赵紫阳政治秘

On July 20, at "The 22nd Hong Kong Book Fair,"renowned sociologist
Professor Yu Jianrong gave a speechabout the trend of defending the human
rightsof migrant workers and other citizens in the past decade.He mentioned
that even teachers of the CCP's Collegein Henan Province went on strike to
defend their rights.
He pointed out that this year's continuous "mass incidents"are a reflection
of people's loss of trust in the CCP's regime.A small spark can lead to
mass-scale incidentsand even riots.
Yu Jianrong: Let me tell you how to quarrel in China.
If you are not winning the argument, you just need to say:"You are an
official, so what?"Once you say that, a lot of people would gather around
and say:"What's so great about the officials?"Why is that? The hatred
toward the government, the richand the police is the base of the social
attitudes in China today.
Wall Street Journal quoted Wang Xiaolu, a deputy chairman
of National Economic Research Instituteof China Reform Foundation in his
independent research:"The top 10% rich people in China have an annual
income25 times higher than that of the bottom 10%."
According to Merrill Lynch's 2011 World Wealth Report,in 2010, China had
535,000 millionaires, the 4th in the world.World Luxury Association (WLA)
reported that in 2012,
China is expected to take over Japan to be the #1 countryin consumption of
luxury goods.
Rich people in China acquire expensive mansions, diamonds,cars, watches and
other luxury goods.Ordinary workers, facing inflation, even have a hard
timeto afford daily necessities, health care and education expenses.
Economist and professor Lang Xianping indicated that
the average hourly salary of Chinese workers is $0.8,lower than that in
Africa, and the lowest in the world;but the Chinese workers' working hours
arethe longest.
In Europe and Brazil, consumption-GDP ratios are above 70%,while in China
it is only 29%.Professor Lang attributed that tothe poverty of ordinary
Chinese people.
Meanwhile, the CCP government revenue grows steadily,with H1 2011 reaching
$5.6 trillion, up 31.2% from 2010.This "wealthy government - poor people"
phenomenonin China is being criticized by overseas scholars.
Yu Jianrong: Previously the CCP relied on the reform,the so-called
performance, GDP and development efficiency.Recently, some people wanted to
return to the revolution,and take away the CCP's legitimacy.This is CCP's
problem of today.It is very troubled and its so-called 'party education' is
useless.All the theories they put forward are jokes to the people."
CCP's Premier Wen Jiabao recently said, he does not expectthe social
injustice to be resolved in the near future.Bao Tong, former political
secretary of Zhao Ziyang,(an ex-CCP leader but was sympathetic to the
students in 1989),pointed out that Hu Jintao and Wen are "creating
conditions"for the next leadership, but they actually bring more trouble.
Currently, the CCP's expenditures on stability maintenancevia violence has
surpassed China's national defense funding.Professor Yu said that the CCP,
in order to "maintain stability,"
uses all the resources at the expense of people's livelihood,just like it
did during the Cultural Revolution.In fact,there is a high risk.
Yu Jianrong: We need a political reform.The key issue is to safeguard
people's freedom of speech.If everyone regards the law as waste papers and
we have hatred,there will be mass turmoil in China in the future."
Yang Jisheng,VP of The Yanhuang Chunqiu Magazineand former senior reporter
of Xinhua News Agency,published "China's Contemporary Social Class
Analysis."The book had great repercussions and was bannedmultiple times by
the Ministry of Central Propaganda in China.Its ban was finally lifted in
2011.Now it is available for sale.
Yang points out that since China's reform and opening up,
the biggest part of the "pie" belongs to a small numberof people with

Wall Street Journal quoted Wang Xiaolu, a deputy chairman
of National Economic Research Instituteof China Reform Foundation in his
independent research:"The top 10% rich people in China have an annual
income25 times higher than that of the bottom 10%."
According to Merrill Lynch's 2011 World Wealth Report,in 2010, China had
535,000 millionaires, the 4th in the world.World Luxury Association (WLA)
reported that in 2012,
China is expected to take over Japan to be the #1 countryin consumption of
luxury goods.
Rich people in China acquire expensive mansions, diamonds,cars, watches and
other luxury goods.Ordinary workers, facing inflation, even have a hard
timeto afford daily necessities, health care and education expenses.
Economist and professor Lang Xianping indicated that
the average hourly salary of Chinese workers is $0.8,lower than that in
Africa, and the lowest in the world;but the Chinese workers' working hours
arethe longest.
In Europe and Brazil, consumption-GDP ratios are above 70%,while in China
it is only 29%.Professor Lang attributed that tothe poverty of ordinary
Chinese people.
Meanwhile, the CCP government revenue grows steadily,with H1 2011 reaching
$5.6 trillion, up 31.2% from 2010.This "wealthy government - poor people"
phenomenonin China is being criticized by overseas scholars.
Yu Jianrong: Previously the CCP relied on the reform,the so-called
performance, GDP and development efficiency.Recently, some people wanted to
return to the revolution,and take away the CCP's legitimacy.This is CCP's
problem of today.It is very troubled and its so-called 'party education' is
useless.All the theories they put forward are jokes to the people."
CCP's Premier Wen Jiabao recently said, he does not expectthe social
injustice to be resolved in the near future.Bao Tong, former political
secretary of Zhao Ziyang,(an ex-CCP leader but was sympathetic to the
students in 1989),pointed out that Hu Jintao and Wen are "creating
conditions"for the next leadership, but they actually bring more trouble.
Currently, the CCP's expenditures on stability maintenancevia violence has
surpassed China's national defense funding.Professor Yu said that the CCP,
in order to "maintain stability,"
uses all the resources at the expense of people's livelihood,just like it
did during the Cultural Revolution.In fact,there is a high risk.
Yu Jianrong: We need a political reform.The key issue is to safeguard
people's freedom of speech.If everyone regards the law as waste papers and
we have hatred,there will be mass turmoil in China in the future."
Yang Jisheng,VP of The Yanhuang Chunqiu Magazineand former senior reporter
of Xinhua News Agency,published "China's Contemporary Social Class
Analysis."The book had great repercussions and was bannedmultiple times by
the Ministry of Central Propaganda in China.Its ban was finally lifted in

Yang points out that since China's reform and opening up,
the biggest part of the "pie" belongs to a small numberof people with

找到舒向新�沟通�，甚至贿赂给钱。舒向新表示，由于这些官员不打算解决农民的赔
偿问题，他没有同意官员的条件，谈判破裂。
3月31号下午，舒向新的同事在网上发贴曝光了冠县违法征地的现象，触怒当局，舒向
新和他的事务所开始面临前所未有的灾难。
舒向新：�结果这个帖子就惹下大祸了，在4月1号下午4点左右，有四个自称黑道的人
上办公室找我去了，用他们的说法是想办我。我不在办公室，就说了好多威胁的恐吓
话，黑道连续的给我打电话，发简讯，对我恐吓威胁。包括15天让你失去吃饭的家
伙，然后让我滚出济南。�
舒向新表示，他报警后，济南市公安局没有对黑社会做出任何处理。同时冠县官员在网
路上发表了�无良律师舒向新敲诈钱财�、�舒大律师自导自演黑社会�等帖子，并且
帖子中出现了�让舒向新律师全家都一个个出车祸撞死�等内容！并且封锁了律师事务
所网站。
舒向新：�到了4月13号，冠县的纪委书记，叫韩金芳。她找我�是与我沟通。韩金芳
书记一与我沟通，黑社会就停了，也没有恐吓了，也没有威胁了。�
舒向新还表示，冠县的纪委书记韩金芳是带着冠县一个大企业的老总去见他的，意思是
让这家企业请他担任法律顾问。他怀疑这是圈套，如果收了这个企业的钱的话，有可能
当面被抓，说是敲诈勒索，因此没有答应。
4月25号，济南市司法局暂缓舒向新所在的�旭洲律师事务所�的年检，并收缴了事务
所工作人员的律师证。
然而事情并没有到此为止。6月8号，舒向新以家长身份为侄女主办婚事时，济南市刑警
支队刑警到济阳他的老家，当着亲友将他拘传，拘禁了19个小时后才放人。与此同
时，另一批刑警到舒律师单位没收了他所代理的冠县20多个案件的全部卷宗，拿走了单
位的公章、财务章、发票、支票及全部电脑主机等物品。
律师事务所垮了，家人每天不敢出门，舒向新已经到北京公安部以及地方相关部门上
访，但至今没有任何回音。他说，他已经向北京数名大律师求助，以防自己遭遇不

success.In March 2011, Shu accepted their caseand acted as their legal
representative.

Beijing to petition.But the authorities did not solve their problem.So,
they turned to my law office for legal advice.After reviewing their
evidence and other materials,I reasoned that their appeals make sense.
After Shu accepted the case, the local government officerswanted to
negotiate with and even bribe him to give up.As these officials didn't
intend to compensate the farmers,Shu didn't accept their offerings. The
negotiation broke down.
On March 31, Shu's colleague exposed online the Guanxian authorities'
illegalland acquisition, which offended them.So, Shu and his law firm faced
unprecedented disaster.
Shu: This online posting led to a big disaster.
Around 4 p.m. on April 1, four gangsters came to my officeand claimed to
"handle" me.Luckily, I was not in the office, so they threatened the
staff.They kept calling and messaging me with threats.They said that they
would cause me to lose my job in 15 days,and kick me out of Jinan.
Shu reported them to the police.However, Jinan Police Bureau did not do
anything.Meanwhile, Guanxian officials tried to disrepute him online,by
posting "unscrupulous lawyer Shu extorts money".They even posted,"Shu's
family will be made to die in car accidents!"They also blocked the website
of Shu's law firm.
Shu: On April 13, Han Jinfang, the secretary ofCommittee for Discipline
Inspection of Guan County,wanted to have a word with me.
After the conversation,all threats and intimidations stopped abruptly."
Shu said that, Han came to him with a large company's CEO.She said that the
CEO wants to hire him as a legal consultant.Shu suspected this to be a
trap,so he didn't accept the offer.
On April 25, Judicial Bureau of Jinan Citysuspended Shu's law firm's annual
inspection.And they confiscated all his staff lawyers'legal qualification
certificates.
On June 8, when he was hosting his niece's wedding,the police arrested him
in front of all guests.He was later released after 19 hours of detention.
Meanwhile, police went to his firm andconfiscated documents of more than 20
clients' cases.They also took away his office's seals, invoices,
checks,computers and other items.
Now Shu's law firm collapsed,and his family is too scared to go out of
home.Shu went to Beijing to petition, without getting any response.
He said that he had already asked for help from several lawyers,in case he
would be murdered by the local CCP authorities.

【新唐人2011年7月27日讯】�远华走私案�主犯赖昌星7月23号被遣返回北京后，当即
被警方逮捕，加上江泽民死讯风波尚未平息，中共高层派系斗争呈现白热化。这几天北
京气氛非常紧张，一些区域处于戒严状态。外界分析指出，赖昌星案提供了打开江派黑
箱的钥匙，胡锦涛有招降分化江派之意和举动。
就在赖昌星被遣返的当天，中共中央军委主席胡锦涛晋升6人上将军衔，其中一人是总
政治部副主任贾廷安，他曾经担任�远华案�调查组副组长。另一位是海军政委刘晓
江，他是前总书记胡耀邦的女婿，曾主持海军涉及�远华案�调查。
原江泽民办公室主任贾廷安并非军人出身，他早在2005年就晋升中将，去年已具备晋升
上将资格，但却意外落选。近年来，胡锦涛晋升将军，一再打破常规，以化解江泽民在
军中的人事布局。
而就在赖昌星被引渡回国的这个时刻，贾廷安却被晋升上将。旅美学者何清涟认为，胡
锦涛这个动作表明权力依然由他掌控，他把赖昌星这张牌抓在手中，引而不发，以示威
慑。
1999年立案的�远华案�，由朱�基主导，关系到他与江泽民的权力斗争。但在关键时
候，赖昌星因贾廷安等人通风报信，逃到加拿大寻求政治庇护。
赖昌星在《远华案黑幕》一书中透露，他和江泽民五个秘书中的三个都很熟，包括管文
件的�大秘书�贾廷安，经常和他聊天，赖昌星透过秘书经常去江泽民家。
盛雪《远华案黑幕》作者：�因为我写了这本《远华案黑幕》，当时他只跟我说他跟中
共高层的83个秘书关系很好，我说这83个秘书是什么概念呢？他说，像吴仪以下的就不
算了。�
�远华案�涉及走私逃税达830亿元人民币，共有近千人被查处，21人被判死刑或死
缓。现任三名政治局常委贾庆林、贺国强和习近平，在�远华案�期间主政福建。专案
组搜出贾庆林到�远华公司�和赖昌星的合影，贾庆林通过主管福建外贸的妻子林幼芳
得到赖昌星大量好处。
贾庆林是江泽民的老部下，江曾公开提出对贾庆林的问题要�一批、二帮、三保�，并
指令政法委书记罗干下达了四条指示。赖昌星曾说，专案组要抓他回去，真要回去，说
出贾庆林来，贾就完了。
盛雪：�而且这个案子还不仅仅是这样一条线索，包括在军情部的线索，军情部由于姬
胜德跟熊光楷之间的矛盾冲突；包括公安的线索，包括公安李纪周跟贾春旺之间的矛盾
冲突。很多线索最后结成这个事件的大网。�
在赖昌星的关系网中，包括军队的许多高级将领，如：前军委副主席张震、刘华清等
人。而�远华案�中，军方涉足走私很深，但处罚的级别只到总参情报部常务副部长姬
胜德少将。
江泽民的亲信、前副总理李岚清，是镇压法轮功�610办公室�的前头目，他的儿子李
志群与赖昌星关系密切，两人曾在一起做生意、在香港抄股，李志群涉及中国重型汽车
集团大案，贪污十多亿元，李岚清曾向江泽民哭诉求救。
在�红楼�的赖昌星办公室里有两张照片，一张是他与前公安部副部长李纪周等4人的
照片，这张照片上的人全被抓了；另一张是他与李岚清、李铁映、刘华清、王汉斌等
6人的照片，这6人全没动。
盛雪：�我那时问过他这么一句话，我说：'有传说，说你赖昌星如果要是被遣返的
话，一下飞机就会有一个政治局的委员自杀。'他马上说：'那肯定不是贾庆林。'那意
思就是说，有人比贾庆林的情况和问题要严重得多。�
胡锦涛是否有魄力借赖昌星案整垮江派，外界不少舆论并不看好。不过，也有分析指
出，中共权力斗争历来腥风血雨，不能排除一旦时机成熟，胡锦涛会像查处陈良宇一
样，引爆贾庆林等人大案，全面扳倒江派的可能。

Hu Splits Jiang's Camp
On July 23, Yuan Hua Smuggling Case culprit Lai Changxingwas sent back to
Beijing and immediately arrested.This incident and the rumored death of
Jiang Zemin,the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) ex-leader,have intensified
the internal power struggleamong the CCP's high-level factions.The
atmosphere in Beijing is very tense these days,with some districts
implementing martial law.Outside analysts point out that Lai's caseprovides
a key to the criminal evidence of Jiang's camp.Hu Jintao seems to intend to
split Jiang's faction.
On the day of Lai Changxing's repatriation, CCP CentralMilitary Commission
Chairman Hu Jintao promoted six generals.One of the six was Jia Ting'an.He
is Deputy Director ofthe General Political Department and Vice Chair ofYuan
Hua Case investigation team.Another is the Political Commissar of the Navy,
Liu Xiaojiangson-in-law of the former General Secretary Hu Yaobang.Liu
leads the navy and was involvedin the investigation of Yuan Hua Case.
Jia Ting'an, former Director of Jiang Zemin's Office, was notof military
background, became Lieutenant General in 2005.He wasn't promoted to general
in 2010, though eligible for it.
In recent years, Hu promoted personnel in the military systemin order to
break Jiang's personal arrangement in the military.
At the moment of Lai's extradition,Jia Ting'an was promoted to
general.U.S.-based scholar, He Qinglian, thinks thatHu Jintao is trying to
demonstrate power.Hu uses Lai as a trump cardto intimidate his opponents.
The Yuan Hua Case was established in 1999.Its investigation was led by
ex-Premier Zhu Rongji.It involved Zhu's struggle with Jiang Zemin.
At a crucial moment, Lai was notified by Jia Ting'an,and escaped to Canada,
seeking political asylum.
In the book "Unveiling the Yuan Hua Case,"Lai revealed that he was very
close with 3 of the 5 secretariesof Jiang Zemin, including Jia Ting'an,the
secretary-in-charge.Lai always chatted with Jia and frequently visited
Jiang's homethrough the arrangements made by Jiang's secretaries.
Shen Xue (author of Unveiling the Yuan Hua Case):
When I wrote this book, Lai told me that he had very goodrelationships with
83 secretaries of high-level CCP officials.I asked him, 'Which 83
secretaries?'He said, "Not including those below Wu Yi."(Wu Yi was the
highest-ranking female CCP official.)
The Yuan Hua Case involved RMB 83 billion.
Nearly 1,000 people were under investigation.21 were sentenced to
death.Three current members of Politburo, Jia Qinglin, He Guoqiangand Xi
Jinping, were in charge of Fujian at that time.The investigation team found
photosof Jia Qinglin and Lai Changxing.Jia also recieved lots of benefits
from Lai through Jia's wife,Lin Youfang, who was in charge of foreign trade
in Fujian.
Jia Qinglin was Jiang Zemin's long-term subordinate.Jiang publicly said of
Jia: "To criticize, help and protect him."Jiang also issued four directions
through Luo Gan,the secretary of Politics and Law Committee.Lai once said
that if the investigation team gets him back,and he talks about Jia. Jia
would be finished.
Sheng Xue: This case does not have only this one clue.It also involves the
military intelligence organizations,public security bureaus, etc.The clues
form a huge net.
Many high-ranking military officials werewithin Lai's network,such as
ex-Deputy Chair of Military CommitteeZhang Zhen and Liu Huaqing.But those
punished were only as high-ranking as Deputy Chairof the Intelligence
Department, Major-General Ji Shengde.
Confidant of Jiang, ex-Deputy Premier Li Lanqing wasthe ex-leader of the
610 Office.The 610 Office was established specifically to persecuteFalun
Dafa practitioners.Li Lanqing's son Li Zhiqun was very close to Lai.They
did business together and invested in stocks in Hong Kong.Li Zhiqun
embezzled RMB 1 billionfrom the China National Heavy Duty Truck Group.To
save his son, Li Lanqing asked Jiang's help.
In Lai's office in his "Red Mansion", there are two photos.One is of Lai
and ex-Vice Minister of Public Security Li Jizhouand other two people. All
of them have been arrested.Another photo is of Lai and Li Lanqing, Li
Tieying,Liu Huaqing, Wang Hanbin and others.None of these people was put
under investigation.
Sheng Xue: I asked him, "It is said that if you are sent back,a standing
committee member of Politburo will commit suicide."He said right away, "It
shouldn't be Jia Qinglin."
He implied that someone has committeda more serious crime than Jia in Yuan
Hua Case.

被警方逮捕，加上江泽民死讯风波尚未平息，中共高层派系斗争呈现白热化。这几天北
京气氛非常紧张，一些区域处于戒严状态。外界分析指出，赖昌星案提供了打开江派黑
箱的钥匙，胡锦涛有招降分化江派之意和举动。
就在赖昌星被遣返的当天，中共中央军委主席胡锦涛晋升6人上将军衔，其中一人是总
政治部副主任贾廷安，他曾经担任�远华案�调查组副组长。另一位是海军政委刘晓
江，他是前总书记胡耀邦的女婿，曾主持海军涉及�远华案�调查。
原江泽民办公室主任贾廷安并非军人出身，他早在2005年就晋升中将，去年已具备晋升
上将资格，但却意外落选。近年来，胡锦涛晋升将军，一再打破常规，以化解江泽民在
军中的人事布局。
而就在赖昌星被引渡回国的这个时刻，贾廷安却被晋升上将。旅美学者何清涟认为，胡
锦涛这个动作表明权力依然由他掌控，他把赖昌星这张牌抓在手中，引而不发，以示威
慑。
1999年立案的�远华案�，由朱�基主导，关系到他与江泽民的权力斗争。但在关键时
候，赖昌星因贾廷安等人通风报信，逃到加拿大寻求政治庇护。
赖昌星在《远华案黑幕》一书中透露，他和江泽民五个秘书中的三个都很熟，包括管文
件的�大秘书�贾廷安，经常和他聊天，赖昌星透过秘书经常去江泽民家。
盛雪《远华案黑幕》作者：�因为我写了这本《远华案黑幕》，当时他只跟我说他跟中
共高层的83个秘书关系很好，我说这83个秘书是什么概念呢？他说，像吴仪以下的就不
算了。�
�远华案�涉及走私逃税达830亿元人民币，共有近千人被查处，21人被判死刑或死
缓。现任三名政治局常委贾庆林、贺国强和习近平，在�远华案�期间主政福建。专案
组搜出贾庆林到�远华公司�和赖昌星的合影，贾庆林通过主管福建外贸的妻子林幼芳
得到赖昌星大量好处。
贾庆林是江泽民的老部下，江曾公开提出对贾庆林的问题要�一批、二帮、三保�，并
指令政法委书记罗干下达了四条指示。赖昌星曾说，专案组要抓他回去，真要回去，说
出贾庆林来，贾就完了。
盛雪：�而且这个案子还不仅仅是这样一条线索，包括在军情部的线索，军情部由于姬
胜德跟熊光楷之间的矛盾冲突；包括公安的线索，包括公安李纪周跟贾春旺之间的矛盾
冲突。很多线索最后结成这个事件的大网。�
在赖昌星的关系网中，包括军队的许多高级将领，如：前军委副主席张震、刘华清等
人。而�远华案�中，军方涉足走私很深，但处罚的级别只到总参情报部常务副部长姬
胜德少将。
江泽民的亲信、前副总理李岚清，是镇压法轮功�610办公室�的前头目，他的儿子李
志群与赖昌星关系密切，两人曾在一起做生意、在香港抄股，李志群涉及中国重型汽车
集团大案，贪污十多亿元，李岚清曾向江泽民哭诉求救。
在�红楼�的赖昌星办公室里有两张照片，一张是他与前公安部副部长李纪周等4人的
照片，这张照片上的人全被抓了；另一张是他与李岚清、李铁映、刘华清、王汉斌等
6人的照片，这6人全没动。
盛雪：�我那时问过他这么一句话，我说：'有传说，说你赖昌星如果要是被遣返的
话，一下飞机就会有一个政治局的委员自杀。'他马上说：'那肯定不是贾庆林。'那意
思就是说，有人比贾庆林的情况和问题要严重得多。�
胡锦涛是否有魄力借赖昌星案整垮江派，外界不少舆论并不看好。不过，也有分析指
出，中共权力斗争历来腥风血雨，不能排除一旦时机成熟，胡锦涛会像查处陈良宇一
样，引爆贾庆林等人大案，全面扳倒江派的可能。

On July 23, Yuan Hua Smuggling Case culprit Lai Changxingwas sent back to
Beijing and immediately arrested.This incident and the rumored death of
Jiang Zemin,the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) ex-leader,have intensified
the internal power struggleamong the CCP's high-level factions.The
atmosphere in Beijing is very tense these days,with some districts
implementing martial law.Outside analysts point out that Lai's caseprovides
a key to the criminal evidence of Jiang's camp.Hu Jintao seems to intend to
split Jiang's faction.
On the day of Lai Changxing's repatriation, CCP CentralMilitary Commission
Chairman Hu Jintao promoted six generals.One of the six was Jia Ting'an.He
is Deputy Director ofthe General Political Department and Vice Chair ofYuan
Hua Case investigation team.Another is the Political Commissar of the Navy,
Liu Xiaojiangson-in-law of the former General Secretary Hu Yaobang.Liu
leads the navy and was involvedin the investigation of Yuan Hua Case.
Jia Ting'an, former Director of Jiang Zemin's Office, was notof military
background, became Lieutenant General in 2005.He wasn't promoted to general
in 2010, though eligible for it.
In recent years, Hu promoted personnel in the military systemin order to
break Jiang's personal arrangement in the military.
At the moment of Lai's extradition,Jia Ting'an was promoted to
general.U.S.-based scholar, He Qinglian, thinks thatHu Jintao is trying to
demonstrate power.Hu uses Lai as a trump cardto intimidate his opponents.
The Yuan Hua Case was established in 1999.Its investigation was led by
ex-Premier Zhu Rongji.It involved Zhu's struggle with Jiang Zemin.
At a crucial moment, Lai was notified by Jia Ting'an,and escaped to Canada,
seeking political asylum.
In the book "Unveiling the Yuan Hua Case,"Lai revealed that he was very
close with 3 of the 5 secretariesof Jiang Zemin, including Jia Ting'an,the
secretary-in-charge.Lai always chatted with Jia and frequently visited
Jiang's homethrough the arrangements made by Jiang's secretaries.
Shen Xue (author of Unveiling the Yuan Hua Case):
When I wrote this book, Lai told me that he had very goodrelationships with
83 secretaries of high-level CCP officials.I asked him, 'Which 83
secretaries?'He said, "Not including those below Wu Yi."(Wu Yi was the
highest-ranking female CCP official.)
The Yuan Hua Case involved RMB 83 billion.
Nearly 1,000 people were under investigation.21 were sentenced to
death.Three current members of Politburo, Jia Qinglin, He Guoqiangand Xi
Jinping, were in charge of Fujian at that time.The investigation team found
photosof Jia Qinglin and Lai Changxing.Jia also recieved lots of benefits
from Lai through Jia's wife,Lin Youfang, who was in charge of foreign trade
in Fujian.
Jia Qinglin was Jiang Zemin's long-term subordinate.Jiang publicly said of
Jia: "To criticize, help and protect him."Jiang also issued four directions
through Luo Gan,the secretary of Politics and Law Committee.Lai once said
that if the investigation team gets him back,and he talks about Jia. Jia
would be finished.
Sheng Xue: This case does not have only this one clue.It also involves the
military intelligence organizations,public security bureaus, etc.The clues
form a huge net.
Many high-ranking military officials werewithin Lai's network,such as
ex-Deputy Chair of Military CommitteeZhang Zhen and Liu Huaqing.But those
punished were only as high-ranking as Deputy Chairof the Intelligence
Department, Major-General Ji Shengde.
Confidant of Jiang, ex-Deputy Premier Li Lanqing wasthe ex-leader of the
610 Office.The 610 Office was established specifically to persecuteFalun
Dafa practitioners.Li Lanqing's son Li Zhiqun was very close to Lai.They
did business together and invested in stocks in Hong Kong.Li Zhiqun
embezzled RMB 1 billionfrom the China National Heavy Duty Truck Group.To
save his son, Li Lanqing asked Jiang's help.
In Lai's office in his "Red Mansion", there are two photos.One is of Lai
and ex-Vice Minister of Public Security Li Jizhouand other two people. All
of them have been arrested.Another photo is of Lai and Li Lanqing, Li
Tieying,Liu Huaqing, Wang Hanbin and others.None of these people was put
under investigation.
Sheng Xue: I asked him, "It is said that if you are sent back,a standing
committee member of Politburo will commit suicide."He said right away, "It
shouldn't be Jia Qinglin."
He implied that someone has committeda more serious crime than Jia in Yuan
Hua Case.

在7月20号�第22届香港书展�开幕日，著名社会学者于建嵘教授发表演讲，综述了十
年以来农民工人和市民维权的趋势，他提到：甚至连河南省的党校教师也罢课维权。
他指出，今年各地层出不穷的�群体性事件�，显示中共政权失去了民众的基本信
任，星星之火就能轻易引发�群体性事件�甚至酿成骚乱。
于建嵘：�我告诉你们一个到大陆吵架的方法，只要你和人家吵架，你实在吵不过他
了，你只要讲一句话你就赢了：'你不就是个当官的么？'讲完之后，肯定好多老百姓围

说，中国最富10%人口每年收入接近20200美元，是10%最穷人口的25倍。
�美林�公布的�2011全球财富报告�显示，2010年中国拥有百万美元以上资产的富豪
达53.5万人，位列全球第四。�世界奢侈品协会�的报告指出，2012年中国将取代日本
成为全球第一大奢侈品消费国。
中国有钱人狂购天价豪宅、钻石、名车、名表等奢侈品，而在通货膨胀的压�下，普通
劳动者的收入应付生存所需的柴米油盐和居住、医疗及子女教育，都捉襟见肘。
经济学家郎咸平教授表示，中国工人的平均工资一小时只有0.8美元，比非洲还低，位
列全球最后一名，而中国工人一年的工作时间却是全世界最长的。
欧美甚至巴西的居民消费占GDP的比重都在60-70%以上，而中国居民消费仅占GDP的
29%，郎咸平教授归因于普通中国人太贫穷。
另一方面，中共当局的财政收入却年年大幅度增长，今年上半年已超过5.6万亿，比去
年同期增长31.2%。这就是海内外学者同声指责的�国富民穷�。

rightsof migrant workers and other citizens in the past decade.He mentioned
that even teachers of the CCP's Collegein Henan Province went on strike to
defend their rights.
He pointed out that this year's continuous "mass incidents"are a reflection
of people's loss of trust in the CCP's regime.A small spark can lead to
mass-scale incidentsand even riots.

of National Economic Research Instituteof China Reform Foundation in his
independent research:"The top 10% rich people in China have an annual
income25 times higher than that of the bottom 10%."
According to Merrill Lynch's 2011 World Wealth Report,in 2010, China had
535,000 millionaires, the 4th in the world.World Luxury Association (WLA)
reported that in 2012,
China is expected to take over Japan to be the #1 countryin consumption of
luxury goods.
Rich people in China acquire expensive mansions, diamonds,cars, watches and
other luxury goods.Ordinary workers, facing inflation, even have a hard
timeto afford daily necessities, health care and education expenses.
Economist and professor Lang Xianping indicated that
the average hourly salary of Chinese workers is $0.8,lower than that in
Africa, and the lowest in the world;but the Chinese workers' working hours
arethe longest.
In Europe and Brazil, consumption-GDP ratios are above 70%,while in China
it is only 29%.Professor Lang attributed that tothe poverty of ordinary
Chinese people.
Meanwhile, the CCP government revenue grows steadily,with H1 2011 reaching
$5.6 trillion, up 31.2% from 2010.This "wealthy government - poor people"
phenomenonin China is being criticized by overseas scholars.
Yu Jianrong: Previously the CCP relied on the reform,the so-called
performance, GDP and development efficiency.Recently, some people wanted to
return to the revolution,and take away the CCP's legitimacy.This is CCP's
problem of today.
It is very troubled and its so-called 'party education' is useless.All the
theories they put forward are jokes to the people."
CCP's Premier Wen Jiabao recently said, he does not expectthe social
injustice to be resolved in the near future.Bao Tong, former political
secretary of Zhao Ziyang,(an ex-CCP leader but was sympathetic to the
students in 1989),pointed out that Hu Jintao and Wen are "creating
conditions"for the next leadership, but they actually bring more trouble.
Currently, the CCP's expenditures on stability maintenancevia violence has
surpassed China's national defense funding.Professor Yu said that the CCP,
in order to "maintain stability,"
uses all the resources at the expense of people's livelihood,just like it
did during the Cultural Revolution.In fact,there is a high risk.
Yu Jianrong: We need a political reform.The key issue is to safeguard
people's freedom of speech.If everyone regards the law as waste papers and
we have hatred,there will be mass turmoil in China in the future."
Yang Jisheng,VP of The Yanhuang Chunqiu Magazineand former senior reporter
of Xinhua News Agency,published "China's Contemporary Social Class
Analysis."The book had great repercussions and was bannedmultiple times by
the Ministry of Central Propaganda in China.Its ban was finally lifted in
2011.Now it is available for sale.
Yang points out that since China's reform and opening up,
the biggest part of the "pie" belongs to a small numberof people with
power, who did not contribute much for it.Those who work hard for it do not
