公众视野。在渐渐淡出演艺圈之后，邵小珊这个名字再度成为公众注意的焦点。7月
31号，邵小珊突然在《新浪》和《腾讯》的微博发帖，控诉她与外国的外交官子弟谈恋
爱时，被中共情治单位威逼当间谍，获取西方情报。请看报导：
邵小珊在微薄中公开表示，�这件事瞒了多年，现在豁出去了! �因为她在2003年
时，得罪了总参2部一名姓沈的局长，于是他们对邵小珊�长达两年监控�天天整
她！�
接下来，她�被总参2整的连命都不保，最终2006年向美国使馆政治避难。�当时，她
和美国未婚夫的中美长途（电话）都被掐断遮罩！
2007年，邵小珊和法国使馆大使儿子谈恋爱，中共间谍让她控制人家儿子！
邵小珊气愤的写道：�你们这帮总参2的间谍不保卫国家老百姓，拿特权上手段整我一
个老百姓。�她说，�什么叫驭人之术啊？就是每天监控你，控制你经济，让你强大不
了不敢奢望，�，�不听话就整死你，傻逼让你怕他、听他的。�
她还表示：�你明天给我投毒，3年后让我自然死亡，但是今天，我就把真相公开了!�
她还说�亲爱的中国老百姓，我今天发的微博绝对不是炒作，我是冒着生命危险把压抑
在心中的痛苦说出来!也许我将面临生命危险…我写这些微博将面临进261军方精神病院
和监狱，我...只是不想在死前没有人知道我为什么死。�
邵小珊的经纪人高军向《新唐人》证实，帖子确实是邵小珊发出的。
邵小珊经纪人高军：�小珊暂时不会对这些事情作回应，但是这个帖子是他本人发
的，我能说的只有这么多。过两天看一下他本人愿不愿意回应吧？�
毕业于�北京电影学院�的邵小珊，曾经参与大陆的电影和电视剧集演出，并且主持电
视节目。2005年因为接演电影《夜宴》戏中女主角章子怡的替身，并且坚持要求片方在
影片结尾给她署名，而惹出"裸替事件"，还被批是为了成名而�炒作�。
虽然，这次事件也有网友跟帖表示有�炒作之嫌�，不过，大多数网友都以支持的态度
表示对她的同情。
目前她的《新浪》微博已经删除相关内容，《腾讯》的微博还可以看见31号11点半发出

Actress Forced to be a Spy
Shao Xiaoshan, a Chinese actress, came into public viewwhen she became
actress Zhang Ziyi's "naked stand-in."Later she gradually faded out the
entertainment circle.
Recently, Shao once again becamethe focus of people's attention.On July 31,
Shao revealed on Sina and Tencent" micro-blogs
that when she was dating the sons of foreign diplomats,Chinese Communist
Party (CCP) forced her to be a spy.
Shao micro-blogged, "This has been hidden for year.Now I am ready to risk
everything (to reveal it)!"She said in 2003, she offended a director
surnamed Shenof the CCP's Army General Staff Department.As a result,she was
monitored and harassed for two years.
As her life was on the line, Shao applied for political asylumto the
American Embassy in 2006.Her international phone conversations withher
American fiancée were often cut off by the military people.
In 2007, Shao was dating a son of the French Ambassador.The CCP forced her
to control her date to obtain intelligence.
Shao micro-blogged angrily:"This bunch of military spies doesn't safeguard
the people.Instead, they torture me, a citizen, with their privileges.They
monitor me every day and control my income.If you don't listen to them,
they will kill you.So you are too scared to not obey them. "
She wrote, "You might poison me tomorrow,so I die in three years from a
natural cause.But today, I am exposing the truth!"
"Dear Chinese people, my blog posts are definitely not hype.I am risking my
life to express my suppressed pain.My life might be threatened,or I might
be sent into a military psychiatric hospital.However, I don't want that
nobody knows why I die."
Shao's manager Gao Jun confirmed to NTDTV thatthe micro-blog postings were
indeed by Shao.
Gao Jun: Shao will not respond at the moment.The postings were really
blogged by her. That's all I can say.We will see if she would like to
respond in a few days."
A graduate from Beijing Film Academy,Shao played in Chinese films and TV
dramas.She also hosted TV shows before.
In 2005, she acted as a "naked stand-in" forthe famous actress Zhang Ziyi
in the movie "Yeyan".She made a sensation by insisting onbeing included in
the movie credits.She was criticized for doing so to become famous.
Although her recent blogs were suspected by some netizensto attract
eyeballs, most netizens sympathized with her.
Now her relevant posts on Sina have been removed.Some postings can still be
found on the Tencent website.In them she wrote, "Anyway, I came into fame

方质疑。在舆论压力下，尽管铁道部赔偿数额从最开始的17万到50万，再到现在的
91万，但大部分遇难者家属仍然拒绝签署同意。而这种朝令夕改，随意涨价的事故赔偿
金额，被网友戏称为"挤牙膏"。
�温州动车事故�自发生后一直备受关注。目前，关于受害者赔偿成了聚焦点。8月
1号，中共当局宣称，事故善后工作顺利，截至7月31号下午，共签订遇难者善后理赔协
议19份。这次事故当局公布有40位乘客遇难，也就是还有21家遇难者家属还没有签订协
定。
在此之前，网路上还传出，铁道部对事故遇难者家属下达了最后通牒，说，在7月30号
之前，不签署赔偿协议的话就停止与家属协商。不过，铁道部否认了这个说法。
香港《东方日报》则披露，一位遇难者家属张女士表示，31号凌晨一点，铁道部人员到
他们入住的宾馆，商讨赔偿问题，但对方态度咄咄逼人，不断逼迫。
张女士："如果不签的话，他们全部撤走了，把他们工作人员全部都撤走。"
另一位死者胡维鹏的妻子孙晓星也表示，铁道部向她施以疲劳轰炸，每天派人与她见
面，但她态度坚持，至今铁道部还不能迫使她签署赔偿协议。
在事故发生之后，当局已经将事故赔偿数额改动了三次。从最开始的17万到后来铁道部
公布的50万，再到现在的91万多，而且都说是依照相关法律。
《中国企业家网》的一位匿名网友留言说，我想请问铁道部，这个金额"涨价"根据的是
什么法律？赔偿金额提升对遇难者家属来说是个好事儿，但是另一个角度来看，不是法
律说了算，而是铁道部说了算！
天津籍遇难者郝乃刚的妻子："来了以后，跟我们谈价钱，第一次跟我们谈，17万，我
们人都没有了，我们要命不要钱。然后又跟我们谈，昨天跟我们谈50万。买大白菜
呢，在这讨价还价，一会17万一会50万，干什么呀。我觉得我没有不理智。
一位网友也说，铁道部的赔偿金额怎么像是�挤牙膏�啊，外界舆论压力大点，"牙膏
"挤得就多一点，除了滑稽，没啥好说的。
不过，被广为诟病的铁道部也遭遇到大陆媒体《南方都市报》史无前例的国骂。

电台将家属与总理的对话录音片段放到中广网上，披露了家属的血泪控诉。
一位儿子、儿媳和孙子都在事故中遇难的老人，声讨当局在这次过早停止抢救。
老人"我认为这里面有一个抢救时间的问题。它过早的停止抢救，而是清理现场、为了
通车，这个理念有问题，不是以救人为理念。
一位失去丈夫的坚强妇女说，她在接到消息时一直要求自己保持冷静，但当局的做法让
她无法再克制自己。
妇女："惨不忍睹，跟我们想像的根本不同。
温家宝："我懂，我懂。"
妇女："好好一个人，脑壳也摔破，浑身都是血，都是脏的，一直到现在，遗体都没有
清理。而且国家没有一个人通知我们这个人没了，是我们自己一直在网上查，我们要个
身份证明有什么不可以的。这么点是事都解决不了，何谈别的。"
当局在这次事故中的赔偿处理也引发家属的强烈不满。

温家宝："因为人的生命是花多少钱都买不来的，遇难者家属还是讲道理的，说我们要
命不要钱，应该说，我们无言以对。"
此外，温家宝还作了3点回应。他承认，铁道部没有尽力救人，并声称将根据调查的结
果，依照法律和规章处理责任人，同时也承诺将会作出合情合理的赔偿。
李天笑："按照中共现在的一贯的做事原则来说，这个很困难。它一贯就是隐瞒真相
的。他可能会内部查出一些比较大的东西，作为一种打击政治对手来用。但是他不会向

victims' families was posted online.Bombarded by the families'
questions,Wen remained speechless.
As the victim's families still suffer from their sudden loss,they have not
received a satisfactory answer from the CCP.
On July 28, Wen met with a group of victims' familiesin Wenzhou's Jinqiu
Guohao Hotel.The Central People's Radio posted a partial dialogue
recordingbetween Wen and the families on its website,revealing the
families' complaints and accusations.
An elderly man who lost his son, daughter-in-law andgrandson denounced the
premature stop of the rescue.
Elderly man: "I think it is a matter of rescue time.The authorities stopped
the rescue too early.Cleaning up the site to restore the traffic,the
authorities' mind was not set on saving people."
A strong woman who lost her husband said,she was telling himself to remain
calm when the news arrived.However, she could no longer restrain
herselfwith the authority's actions.
Lady: "Terrible, it's entirely different than what I imagined."Wen
Jiabao: "I understand, I understand."Lady: "His skull was smashed. His body
was coveredin blood and has not been cleaned up till today.No one informed
us his death.We have been searching online.Why can't we ask for a proof of
identity?If this matter cannot be resolved, why talk about others. "
The compensation arrangement by the authorities has alsoled to strong
resentment among the families.
Lady: "When the authorities talked to us for the first time,the
compensation was RMB 170,000.We want their lives back, but not the money.
Then yesterday the authorities talked to usabout raising the compensation
to RMB 500,000.This is not a negotiation to buy cabbage.What are they
doing? I don't think I am irrational."
Another woman's husband died in the accident,leaving her with a
one-year-old child.
Lady: "What the Ministry of Railways did was not proper.My husband's watch
went missing.I asked him what happened.He said it was passed to the Public
Security Bureau.I don't think that I can get it back.My husband is gone,
but I want to keep a souvenir of his.

complaints were reasonable.
Wen: "Because money cannot buy people's lives.The victims' families are
rational, by saying thatthey want their family members instead of the

responsible people.He also promised to make a reasonable compensation.

be usedagainst his political opponents,but he won't released the
information to the public.
He would only release the materials that won'tjeopardize the CCP's rule, to

非洲之角地区目前遭遇近六十年最严重干旱，导致粮食危机。目前有大约1200万人陷入
了饥馑灾难。7月29号，联合国人道事务协调厅在提交给援助国的报告中说："索玛利亚
南部的危机，预计将持续恶化到今年年底，南部全境将沦为饥荒区。"联合国儿童基金
会（UNICEF）警告，索玛利亚南部的125万儿童亟需维生支援。
救援组织说，与〝基地组织〞有关联的恐怖组织〝伊斯兰青年党〞控制着索马里受灾最
严重地区，阻止救援人员为索马里南部饥荒区内的200多万难民提供援助。并且否认当

"。努克认为，中国"为使相关国家生产用于出口的粮食而剥夺小农户的土地，等于剥夺
了他们的生存基础，导致非洲出现巨大的社会冲突"。
中共近年来投入数十亿，增加在非洲的投资和贸易，非洲的石油、铁和铜等自然资源被
中共买走，换回汽车或者服装、鞋子。2010年中共与非洲之间的贸易额达到1200亿美
元，已经超过美国成为非洲最大的交易伙伴。但是同时，廉价的民生消费用品在非洲市
场的倾销，也严重打击了非洲国家脆弱的生产能力与产业发展。
为了扩大中共在非洲的政治和经济影响力，中共还提供巨额贷款，拉拢非洲国家作为其
在联合国的"大票仓"。有传言说，在尚比亚，中共用金钱支持了总统班达争取连任的竞
选。
另外，中共也在非洲加紧了系统的思想渗透和控制，如在非洲开办21所〝孔子学院〞。
对此，加拿大情报局前任官员朱诺．凯苏雅指出："筹办孔子学院并不是出于慈善理
念，而是中共战略的一部分，与中共间谍部门有关联的机构为其提供资金。
而对于非洲一些独裁国家的行径，中共不仅置若罔闻，反而还以〝不干涉内政〞回应国
际社会的强烈反对，持续提供非洲独裁政权军火，更为非洲独裁国家训练新闻与网路监
控方面的人员，钳制非洲人民的民主和自由。比如，被西方社会施以武器禁运的独裁国
家津巴布韦与苏丹等，他们都是中国制武器的客户。
美国国务卿希拉里‧柯林顿6月11号，在访问非洲国家尚比亚(Zambia)首都路沙卡
(Lusaka)时，批评中共在非洲搞〝新殖民主义〞，只想榨取非洲的天然资源，与统治者
做交易，却不为这个大陆造福。希拉里还在前一天，敦促要谨慎对待中共在非洲的大规
模投资和商业利益，以防止非洲人民遭到剥削。

years and a severe shortage of food.About 12 million people are in urgent
need of food.
On July 29, The U.N. Office for the Coordination ofHumanitarian Affairs
reported,"The famine in southern Somalia will continue until the endof this
year, with all areas in the south slipping into famine."UNICEP warned,
"About 1.25 million childrenin southern Somalia will require food aid."
Relief organizations said, the Al-Qaeda-linked terrorist group,the Islamic
Youth Party, is controlling the worst affected areasin Somalia and
preventing rescue workers fromproviding help to 2 million refugees in the
area.The Islamic Youth Party claim that there is no famineand that
international aid is causing political interference.In 2009 and early
2010,it forced aid agencies out of Somalia.
Headquartered in Taiwan,Formosa Media published the article,"Chinese
Hegemony Attacks Africa,the Neo-Colonialism."The article pointed out that
there are many conflictsamong some African countries and areas.However,
despite opposition from the international community,China has persisted in
exporting cheap Chinese weaponsinto Africa, causing military conflicts in

Guenter Nooke,as saying that the famine in Africa is clearly of human
origins.Nooke said that China deprived small famers of their land,in order
to export food to related countries.This is equivalent to depriving the
farmers of survival base,causing serious social conflicts in Africa.
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has investedhundreds of millions of
dollars in Africa, in recent years.Natural resources such as oil, iron, and
copperare shipped out of Africa by the CCP.They are exchanged for cars,
clothing and shoes.In 2010, trading between China and Africa reached $120
billion.China surpassed the United States to becomeAfrica's largest trading
partner.However, the low-cost consumer goods coming intothe African market
has had serious consequences.Africa's fragile production capacityand
industrial development are badly hit.
To expand its political and economic influence in Africa,the CCP also
provides large loans to African nations.It encourages them to back Chinain
different U.N. voting sessions.Some people speculate that the CCP provided
financial supportto President Banda to help him win the election in Zambia.
In addition, the CCP also tightenedideological infiltration and control in
Africa.For example, it has opened 21 Confucius Institutes in Africa.
In regard to this, Former Canadian intelligence officialMichel
Juneau-Katsuya said,opening Confucius Institute is not due to good
will,rather it is one of the CCP tactics.Affiliations of the CCP spy
agencies provide its funding.
The CCP not only ignores some dictatorships in Africa,but also takes a
not-interfering-with-politics stand point.It persists in providing weapons
to African dictatorships.
Moreover, it provides training to network monitoring personnel,suppressing
the African people's freedom.For example, dictatorships Zimbabwe and
Sudanare imposed arms embargos by Western countries.However, both are all
customers of Chinese made firearms.
On June 11, on her visit to Lusaka, Zambia,
U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton criticizedThe CCP for carrying on
neo-colonialism in Africa.She said the CCP extracts Africa's natural
resources,makes deals with ruling powers, without benefitting Africa.Hilary
also warned against the CCP's large-scale investmentsin Africa, to prevent
the African people from being exploited.
In July 2011, on his visit to Africa, British P.M. Cameronalso criticized
the CCP for trying to expand influence globally.He warned about the CCP's
authoritarian capitalism,calling it unsustainable in the long term.

场记者传出的报导中，证实铁道部官员自打嘴巴，难自圆其说。
铁道部发言人表示，铁路部门指挥人员�从未宣布�停止搜救，更不存在销毁证据的问
题。但接着又说，�24日23时30分，确认没有幸存者，并对遗物、车体进行清理收集完
后，'救援工作结束'。�
外界质疑，如果官员�从未宣布�停止搜救，那么《央视》的相关报导又怎么解释呢？
《法国广播电台》根据大陆《中央电视台》的报导进行了分析。
文章指出，24号凌晨5点《央视》发出现场画面报导，确认"截至凌晨4点钟，整个人员
搜救行动已经结束了"。6点47分，《央视》又一次连线，主持人两次换方式提问同一个
问题：是否已经确定没有生命存在？记者回答"现在可以确定"―――"在凌晨4点钟，这里
已经没有了生命体征的现象。在此之后，他们才开始决定要清理现场。"
报导说，铁道部的上述否认也引发了很多现场采访记者的质疑。《南方电视台》记者表
示，4点后救援确实结束了，现场已经没有人员在搜救。
而《新快报》记者说，"我可作证，有采访、有录音，凌晨三点半左右，救援的一名官
员回答我�救援进行到什么阶段？�时说：救援基本结束。"
那么到底是谁命令停止搜救工作的呢？
《法广》引述《央视》24号凌晨的报导，"3点40分，铁道部部长盛光祖到达这里，听取
了当地消防、武警官兵现场情况的描述，做了最新布置―――就是要以最快的时间、最快
的速度将现场清理完毕，尽快完成通车。"而现场记者表示，盛光祖凌晨3点多到现
场，4点多离开，这时现场工作重心已经转变，救援车辆、人员开始大批离开，此后不
久重型机械等开始进场。
中南大学王教授："中国呢他不是以人为本，在我的很多文章里都有，他拚命的掩盖事
实，他的责任就小一些，中国（中共）政府一贯的很多问题上都掩盖事实了，推卸责
任，这个是太多了过去的矿难也是啊。矿难死了多少人都是隐瞒的了。这是中国的特
色，没有办法。
那么这个命令究竟是来自谁呢？最近在微博中传出，命令来自中共副总理张德江。
据微博的消息说，有大陆记者接触过铁道部一位不愿透露姓名的官员，这名官员表
示，包括铁道部长在内的铁路系统并无权力下达这类命令，在事故抢险指挥部成立
后，命令只能由总指挥张德江才能下达。
另外，据现场一位搜救者说，张德江下达清理桥上被撞车体的命令，是为了让铁路尽快
恢复通车。
张德江是主管交通运输及安全生产的国务院副总理。不过，温家宝30号飞往温州，身旁
已不见当时的现场总指挥张德江的身影。香港《苹果日报》31号报导：张德江最近行综
成谜，外界猜测，张可能因救援不力，被迫销声匿迹。

Crash Cover-up Denial Questioned
On July 28, the Ministry of Railways' Spokesman toldXinhua News that
evidence destroyed from the crash was false.He also said, there was no
order to stop the rescue.
His words were strongly questioned by media reporters,victims' families and
netizens.Reports from different media verified
the statements of the Ministry of Railways officialsto be inconsistent and
often contradictory.
Ministry of Railways' spokesman said,
the Railways Head has never ordered for the search andrescue to
discontinue, and no evidence was destroyed.But then he added:
"At 23:30 on July 24, it was confirmed there were no survivors.After
collecting relics and the train body, the rescue ended."
If officials "never ordered" to discontinue search and rescue,how can the
reports of the authorities' CCTV be explained?
Radio France has analyzed the reports that CCTV airedin mainland China.
The article points out that at 5:00 a.m. on July 24,CCTV reported from the
site of the crash and confirmed,"at 4:00 o'clock, the personnel search and
rescue was over."At 6:47 a.m., CCTV again showed the reporter onsiteand the
TV host asked twice if more survivors were found.The reporter replied, "No,
it is confirmed now.There were no survivors at 4:00 a.m. and it was
decidedto start the clean up operations of the site."
Reports said that the Ministry of Railways' denial also raisesquestions
about the information from the onsite reporters.Southern Television
reporters said that after 4 a.m, the rescuewas over and there was no search
and rescue personnel on site.
A reporter of New Express Daily said,"I can testify with my interview and
recording thatat about 3:30 a.m., I asked 'What stage is the rescue at
now?'a rescue official replied: 'It is almost over.'"
So who ordered to stop the search and rescue work?
Radio France quoted CCTV morning reports of July 24,
"At 3:40 a.m., Sheng Guangzu, Minister of Railways,arrived here to hear
from local fire rescue and police officers,and made a decision to clean up
the site andreopen this section as soon as possible."Onsite reporters said
that Sheng Guangzu arrived at the sceneat about 3 a.m. and left after 4
a.m.Then the onsite work' focus was shifted.
Rescue vehicles and personnel began exiting the site,and heavy machinery
started to arrive shortly after.
Professor Wang from the Central South University said:"China is not
people-oriented, as mentioned in my articles.It tries hard to cover up the
facts as to lessen its responsibility.
China's government has always been covering up,silencing people with money,
etc.Past mine accidents were the same.The number of deaths is
concealed.This is China's characteristic; there is no solution."
Then from whom did this order come?
Recently it was posted on a microblog thatit was from Vice Premier Zhang
Dejiang.
As per the microblog post, a reporter interviewed an officialfrom the
Ministry of Railways, who did not disclose his name.The official said, the
Railways system, including its Minister,has no power to issue such
orders.After the rescue headquarters were set up,orders can only be issued
by Zhang Dejiang.
In addition, according to a search and rescue worker,
Zhang' order to start the clean up operationswas to allow the Railways to
restore the traffic ASAP.
Zhang is in charge of transportation and safety production.
However, on July 30, when Premier Wen Jiabaoflew to Wenzhou, Zhang was not
with him.Hong Kong's Apple Daily reported on July 31 thatZhang had
disappeared recently.Many believe the reason is Zhang's poor rescue
decisions,so he's been forced to stay out of sight.

On July 28, the Ministry of Railways' Spokesman toldXinhua News that
evidence destroyed from the crash was false.He also said, there was no
order to stop the rescue.
His words were strongly questioned by media reporters,victims' families and
netizens.Reports from different media verified
the statements of the Ministry of Railways officialsto be inconsistent and
often contradictory.
Ministry of Railways' spokesman said,
the Railways Head has never ordered for the search andrescue to
discontinue, and no evidence was destroyed.But then he added:
"At 23:30 on July 24, it was confirmed there were no survivors.After
collecting relics and the train body, the rescue ended."
If officials "never ordered" to discontinue search and rescue,how can the
reports of the authorities' CCTV be explained?
Radio France has analyzed the reports that CCTV airedin mainland China.
The article points out that at 5:00 a.m. on July 24,CCTV reported from the
site of the crash and confirmed,"at 4:00 o'clock, the personnel search and
rescue was over."At 6:47 a.m., CCTV again showed the reporter onsiteand the
TV host asked twice if more survivors were found.The reporter replied, "No,
it is confirmed now.There were no survivors at 4:00 a.m. and it was
decidedto start the clean up operations of the site."
Reports said that the Ministry of Railways' denial also raisesquestions
about the information from the onsite reporters.Southern Television
reporters said that after 4 a.m, the rescuewas over and there was no search
and rescue personnel on site.
A reporter of New Express Daily said,"I can testify with my interview and
recording thatat about 3:30 a.m., I asked 'What stage is the rescue at
now?'a rescue official replied: 'It is almost over.'"
So who ordered to stop the search and rescue work?
Radio France quoted CCTV morning reports of July 24,
"At 3:40 a.m., Sheng Guangzu, Minister of Railways,arrived here to hear
from local fire rescue and police officers,and made a decision to clean up
the site andreopen this section as soon as possible."Onsite reporters said
that Sheng Guangzu arrived at the sceneat about 3 a.m. and left after 4
a.m.Then the onsite work' focus was shifted.
Rescue vehicles and personnel began exiting the site,and heavy machinery
started to arrive shortly after.
Professor Wang from the Central South University said:"China is not
people-oriented, as mentioned in my articles.It tries hard to cover up the
facts as to lessen its responsibility.
China's government has always been covering up,silencing people with money,
etc.Past mine accidents were the same.The number of deaths is
concealed.This is China's characteristic; there is no solution."
Then from whom did this order come?
Recently it was posted on a microblog thatit was from Vice Premier Zhang
Dejiang.
As per the microblog post, a reporter interviewed an officialfrom the
Ministry of Railways, who did not disclose his name.The official said, the
Railways system, including its Minister,has no power to issue such
orders.After the rescue headquarters were set up,orders can only be issued
by Zhang Dejiang.
In addition, according to a search and rescue worker,
Zhang' order to start the clean up operationswas to allow the Railways to

Zhang is in charge of transportation and safety production.
However, on July 30, when Premier Wen Jiabaoflew to Wenzhou, Zhang was not

就是物管，是纳税人聘来的，为不给保安和物业添乱，哪怕它们做得再差，也不投反对
票，这种逻辑，一定导致"你到底是为党说话，还是为老百姓说话"这类的励志名言及墓
志铭言，教育出更多的软骨头而不是脊梁。
所以我反对从不投反对票的倪萍是"共和国脊梁"，我不认为这么说有什么不对，不为老
百姓说话的代表，即使是脊梁，也是颈椎病的七，而不是迎风招展的一。
这个国家，总有这么一群人，他自己装看不见弊端，还不许别人看见。

网上有一篇署名李立君的文章评论说：诡异的体制下，总会上演一些荒诞的喜剧。从来
没有法律规定："戴避孕套就不算强奸"。但没有规定，不代表没有"龟腚"，你看不

一只戴上就能强奸这个民族的避孕套
媒体报导说，贵州毕节阿市中学，26岁的女教师周琴报警说，自己酒醉后，被当地国土
资源管理所所长王忠贵强奸。警官钟显聪说："戴避孕套不算强奸"，劝其私了。检察院
也以证据不足为理由，让公安机关补充侦查。事件被曝光后，王忠贵因涉嫌强奸被逮
捕。
网上有一篇署名李立君的文章评论说：诡异的体制下，总会上演一些荒诞的喜剧。从来
没有法律规定："戴避孕套就不算强奸"。但没有规定，不代表没有"龟腚"，你看不
到，它却存在，中国人终于明白了，那叫潜规则。
如果媒体没报导的话，事情会是什么样儿呢？设想一下,结果是：王忠贵依然当他的所
长，享受着避孕套带给他的福利；毕节市人民检察院门前的国徽依然烁烁发光，只是被
套上了一层白色的胶状物，国徽从此失去了生育能力。
王忠贵已经被逮捕了，我们却悲哀的发现，如果没有媒体的报导，沉重的大众，竟然会
输给一只轻薄的避孕套。这不是一只普通的避孕套，这是一只，谁戴上就能强奸这个民
族的避孕套。表面上一片盛世的景象，事实上，我们整个民族已经被它强奸着，这只套
子不被打破，谁都逃不了，不管你是男人还是女人。2011-08-01
