【禁闻】"扑克牌"通缉令：举报54恶人

【新唐人2011年5月31日讯】大陆网络一名网友突发灵感，想造一副"网络恶人"扑克
牌，从罪大恶极到可恶程度依次排列，54张牌、54个恶人。发起者呼吁大家赶快行动起
来找恶人，制成扑克牌，打牌就是打坏蛋。民众表示，早该「清算中共」。很多人纷纷
举报恶人。

网名「秀才江湖」的大陆网民，想制造一副"网络恶人"扑克牌，请网友推荐恶人。他在
网帖上说，「请问网友，你觉得大小王应该是哪两位恶人？我发了微博，网友推荐了「
文强」，也有人推荐「河蟹」与「城管」。请大家踊跃举报、畅所欲言，有事我兜
着！」

上海市民：「恶人对我们来说就是政府官员，公检法，那些枉法的人员，他们几乎没有
给我们好印象。很多一些案件都是枉法判决！」

吉林市民：「我就举报北京市公安局局长傅政华，在北京失踪的律师太多了，完了就灭
口，谁都不敢说话。绑架艾未未也是没有法律根据。」

受访民众：「像江泽民、吴邦国，我想这些人都可以上去。一号二号就他们。」

新疆维权人士：「我觉得早该给中共发个扑克牌通缉令了，死了的就没办法把它往上放
了，首先就是江泽民，还有政法委周永康之类的应该上到榜单上，还有胡锦涛、罗
干，因为它们长期对64学生的迫害，对法轮功的迫害，现在是对维权人士的迫害，对持
不同政见人的迫害，这些人作恶多端。」

「秀才江湖」表示，"网络恶人扑克牌"这个灵感，来自于美国的"扑克牌通缉令"。
2003年美军出兵伊拉克期间，美国政府设计了一套绘有人像的扑克牌，上头有伊拉克政
府抓拿的通缉犯成员，用以帮助军队识别。

广西网路作家荆楚：「这种我认为它是一种民间发泄的管道，因为当局把所有的管道都
堵死了，他用这种娱乐的方式来发泄一种不满，对这些人的憎恨和鄙视。」

山东大学退休教授孙文广认为，中共一党专制，人们没有发声的地方。这也是人们对抗
的一个办法。

孙文广：「现在中国大陆，你要利用官方的媒体来发表意见，那是非常非常困难的，非
官方的媒体几乎是没有，在这个情况下当然（民众）就会想出很多办法来----民意的表
达。那么中共当局现在可能对这个事情还不大…，有些方面还不如过去的皇帝，广开言
路，那么最后可能弄得不好，就可能大家一涌呀，出来表达民意了。」

「秀才江湖」说：表达愤怒是人类正常的感情，玩"恶人扑克牌"是正义的体现，并非纯
粹的恶搞！把民众的愤怒汇聚在一起，能大大增强民族的凝聚力。

荆楚还表示，中国社会要走向理性和文明一定更要放开言论，如果不放开言论，这个社
会积累到一定程度，老百姓只能带着炸药包跟政府对抗了。最近发生的钱明奇案件，就
是个典型的例子。

Devils' Poker Cards

A Chinese netizen recently created poker cardsfor "devils," with 54 cards
matching the 54 devils,ranked by the extend of their badness. .The
initiatorcalled on people to nominate the devils. People sayits time "to
reckon with Chinese Communist Party"(CCP) and many people are suggesting
candidates.

A Chinese netizen named "Xiucaijianghu" wantedto make an online pack of
poker cards for "devils."He called on netizens to recommend candidates.He
wrote online: "Dear netizens, whom do youthink the two jokers should be? On
my microblog,people have nominated 『Wenqiang,' 『Hexie,'and the 『city
administration.' Please recommendand speak freely. I will take the
responsibility!"

A citizen from Shanghai said: "To us, devilsare governors, public security,
procuratorial organs,courts, iniquitous officials. They hardly left
anyonewith a good impression. Their judgments are illegal!"

A citizen from Jilin Province: "I'll recommend BeijingPublic Security
Bureau' Director, Fu Zhenghua,because so many lawyers are missing and
killedin Beijing, yet nobody dares to reveal anything.The arrest of Ai
Weiwei is also illegal."

A respondent said: "People like Jiang Zeminand Wu Bangguo should be the
jokers."

A human rights activist in Xinjiang Province said:"'Poker Order for Arrest'
for CCP is long overdue.Except those dead, Jiang Zemin should be on
top.Also, people like Zhou Yongkang (Head of Politicsand Law Committee).
Also Hu Jintao and Luo Gan,who continuously persecute June 4th
students,Falun Gong practitioners, human rights activistsand political
dissidents, they do all kinds of evil."

The initiator, Xiucaijianghu, said that the inspirationcame from US's
"Personality ID Playing Cards."

During 2003, when the US army was sent to Iraq,the US military designed a
pack of poker cardsto help the army recognize most-wanted membersof
President Saddam Hussein's government.

Guangxi Province Internet writer, Jing Chu said:"I think this is a channel
to vent people's angerbecause authorities have blocked all other
channels.He could only use this kind of entertainment to ventand express
hatred and disdain for those devils."

Sun Wenguang, a retired professor from ShandongUniversity, said CCP's
one-party authoritarianismforbids people's voice from being heard.So people
use this way to protest.

Sun Wenguang said: "In present China, you can'texpress your opinions
through official media.Unofficial media is rare. Under such
circumstances,people come up with their own ways to make theirvoices heard.
The CCP doesn't care muchabout people's voice and they do worsethan China's
ancient empires.The terrible result might be that people rush upall
together to express their opinions."

Xiucaijianghu: "Anger is a human emotionand playing "devil poker" is a
reflection of justice,instead of a mere prank. To bring people's
angertogether can greatly improve the national cohesion."

Jing Chu also said, to become rational and civilized,China's society must
have freedom of speech.If not, once social contradictions are
accumulated,civilians can only protest against the governmentswith bombs.
Qian Mingqi's case is a recent example.
