【禁闻】茅于轼遭公诉 民众呼吁电视直播

【新唐人2011年5月26日讯】著名自由主义经济学家茅于轼4月底发表《把毛泽东还原成
人》一文后，大陆左派人士在网上表示要求公诉茅于轼先生。大陆律师认为，这种做法
不符合当前国内法律。民众中有人希望藉此公开历史真相，法庭审理最好能用电视全程
直播。

今年4月27号，著名自由主义经济学家茅于轼，对中共党史学者辛子陵的《红太阳的陨
落－－千秋功罪毛泽东》一书，发表了读后感文章----《把毛泽东还原成人》，文章指
出，毛泽东对几千万中国人非正常死亡，以及传统文化被破坏负有责任。文章发表
后，被大量网友转载。

5月23号，大陆左派网站"乌有之乡"，登出针对茅于轼和辛子陵的所谓公诉书。发起者
包括毛泽东的亲属。他们指称茅于轼诋毁中共和毛本人，意在颠覆国家和煽动动乱。

北京忆通律师事务所刘晓原律师："法律上是没有这种公诉团的程序形式的，并且作为
一个普通的民主是不能提起公诉。公诉是检查机关的责任，因为检察机关是代表国家。
他们不可能�入法律程序，除非他们提出控告。"

刘晓原律师判断，这些人很明显是大造舆论，引发社会关注，但方式上，让人很容易想
起文革中的造反派。

中共党史学者林保华指出，毛泽东死后30多年，中国民众中还有左派愤青，是因为当局
一直阻止全民认识历史真相。

林保华（中共党史学者）："中国是（要）『非毛化'，还是要坚持毛泽东的那些东
西，在党内没有解决，在社会上也没有解决。你全部否定，那证明他是大坏蛋，那他后
面这些人也都是坏蛋了，所以，它（中共）在根本问题上要保住毛泽东。"

中共前党魁毛泽东从1935年遵义会议起，到1976年去世，一直是中共实际上的最高领导
人。在此期间，中国人非正常死亡人数为7000多万。1949年到1976年期间，中共连续发
动多次政治运动。仅「文革」中，中国就有一半的家庭受到了伤害。

中共前总书记赵紫阳的秘书鲍彤："茅于轼先生批评毛泽东，我觉得是好事；《乌有之
乡》告到法院去，也是好事情；法院如果不受理，是好事情；如果受理也是好事情，公
开审判，辩方、控方大家把意见拿出来，不都是好事情吗？好极了！"

就在毛左派提出要公诉茅于轼之际，《新浪》网微博上出现了一张"毛泽东忏悔像"。一
座古铜色的毛泽东雕像----双膝下跪，右手抚胸，表情忏悔的样子。

林保华认为，既然毛左派要公诉，最好是电视直播法庭审理的全过程，让中国老百姓都
知道毛泽东的真实情况。

林保华："我想毛泽东的罪名要列出来，几本书都写不完。它（中共）敢不敢电视都播
放出来，让大家都看，共产党不敢，因为全都播出来，共产党就要完蛋了！"

Indictment Against Mao Yushi

Renowned liberal economist Mao Yushi was calledfor a public prosecution by
Chinese leftistsdue to his article "Unveil Mao Zedong's True
Face".According to Chinese lawyers, such a prosecutionis groundless. People
in China hope to hear the truthfrom history and see the court trials live
on TV.

On April 27, liberal economist Mao Yushi publishedhis "Unveil Mao Zedong's
True Face", respondingto CCP (Chinese Communist Party) scholarXin Zilin's
"Merits and Demerits of Mao Zedong",a book revealing the truth of Mao's
massacreof millions of Chinese people and destructionof traditional Chinese
culture. This bookwas reprinted massively after its publication.

Chinese leftist site, Utopia, published on May 23,an indictment against Mao
Yushi and Xin Zilin.Mao's relatives also contributed to the indictment.They
accused Yushi of defaming CCP and Maoand subversion of state power, leading
to unrest.

Liu Xiaoyuan (Beijing lawyer): "In the law,there is no procedure for such a
prosecution group,and ordinary citizens can not issue an indictment.It is
the supervision department's responsibilityto issue an indictment, as it
represents the country.They have to indict before going to law procedures."

Lawyer Liu Xiaoyuan thinks they intentionally drawmedia attention in a
Cultural Revolution manner.

CCP historian Lin Baohua noted that after 30 yearsof Mao Zedong's death,
leftists remain evidentamong Chinese people due to CCP' battle to
preventthe public from knowing the true history.

Lin Baohua: "To promote or deny Mao's principlesis still a dilemma within
the CCP and the society.Full denial of Mao would mean Mao and followersare
proved wrong, therefore CCP is inclinedto continue covering up Mao's true
face."

Mao Zedong has been the top leader of CCPfrom Zunyi's meeting in 1935 to
his death in 1976.In the interim 70 million Chinese people were killed,and
political movements were constantly heldfrom 1949 to 1976. Half of the
Chinese familieswere affected during the Cultural Revolution alone.

Pao Tong (secretary of ex-CCP leader Zhao Ziyang):"It is good that Mao
Yushi criticizes Mao Zedong,and that Utopia goes to the court as well.It
would be good if the court refuses the case,and if accepts it, this would
also be a good,as the trial process will be under public scrutiny,which is
just what we want."

A picture, "Mao Zedong In Repentance" appearedon Sina.com when the leftists
made their indictment.It features a bronze statue of Mao on his knees,with
his right hand on the chest, in deep repentance.

Lin Baohua said to the leftists that if indictments areto be made, it is
best to be done on live TV withthe whole court process exposed to the
public eye.

Lin Baohua: "If Mao's sins are to be itemized,it would take loads of books
to get it done.CCP won't dare do this,as if this is ever published, CCP
will be done for."
