【禁闻】黄琦回忆零距离接触"法轮功"

【新唐人2011年7月21日讯】"法轮功"，从1992年从中国吉林常春传出后，"法轮功"这
三个字给民众的印象就是神奇、美好、健康。可是在1999年7月以后，中共对"法轮功
"极尽污�、栽赃、陷害，给"法轮功"抹上了沉重的一笔。历经了12年苦寒之后，"法轮
功"获得了越来越多民众的支持。下面是"中国天网人权事务中心"的创办人黄琦回忆与
法轮功学员接触的二三事。

48岁的黄琦在今年6月，刚从监狱门口走了出来。他曾经因创办"天网"网站，和为"六四
"死难者以及弱势群体维权，而被成都中级法院以"煽动颠覆国家政权罪"判刑5年。

实际上，"天网"是中国第一家因为报导法轮功而遭到关闭的网站。黄琦介绍，当时他被
抓，当局给他罗织的罪名之一，就有"为法轮功叫屈"这一个罪名。

黄琦："大约在2000年的时候，他们也给我们发来了文章，我们天网发表的这篇标题叫
做"北京目击死亡"，就是介绍法轮功练习者陈子秀遭当局镇压最后死亡的情况。这篇文
章发出几天时间，我们天网在3月30号，当局就关闭了。2000年的6月3号，当局就把我
抓进了监狱。"

黄琦表示，尽管他站出来为法轮功说公道话，给自己和家人带来严重的后果，但至今没
有后悔过。他向《新唐人》讲述了他接触法轮功学员的亲身感受。

黄琦："因为那个时候正好是打压法轮功，监舍里面也正好来了一位法轮功练习者。当
时我跟他是睡在地上的，所以是人挨着人睡的，时间只有2、3天时间。当时，我印象很
深，他把一床红色的毯子给我，要我垫在地上，他说我有风湿病，而且现在受了伤，他
说你用（毯子），那个法轮功练习者我印象大约在50来岁，通过那一次接触，我就感觉
到，他们对人性方面，实际是很善的。"

此后，黄琦与法轮功修炼者还有两次接触。

黄琦回忆，他当时被关押在成都看守所。看守所如果有所谓的上级官员来检查或是国际
组织来参观，那么一些被当局视为危险顽固分子的犯人就会被单独关押。

黄琦："我俩在一起的时候，当时警方要我送饭，为了让我们不大声说话，或者吵
闹，警察就要拿烟，这位（法轮功）朋友，拿的那些东西啊，他都拿给我。所以我在这
个过程当中，虽然是很细微很小的事，但我感觉的法轮功朋友那种对人的关心，这方面
是做得特棒的。"

黄琦说，今天的中国，在法轮功朋友们和其他人的共同努力下，中国社会得以改变促
进。他相信，在不远的将来，法轮功学员会和所有人一样，生活在一种免于恐惧、镇压
的宽松社会环境，但也还需要所有人持之以恒的努力。

Huang Qi, 48, just finished his recent 3-year prison term.

Earlier in 2000, he was sentenced to 5 years in prisonfor establishing the
Tianwang websiteand for defending the rights of victims ofthe 1989
Tiananmen massacre.The charge was "subversion."

Tianwang website was closed for reportingabout Falun Dafa
practitioners.Huang Qi said one of the crimesthe CCP charged him with was
"defending Falun Dafa."

Huang Qi: In around 2000,

[Falun Dafa practitioners] sent us an articletitled "Witnessing Death in
Beijing."We published it on Tianwang.

The article told the death of Falun Dafa practitionerChen Zixiu, who was
persecuted by the authorities.A few days after we published this
article,the authority closed Tianwang website on March 30.I was arrested on
June 3, 2000.

Huang said he never regretted forspeaking for Falun Dafa practitioners,even
though he suffered grave consequences.

He described his personal experiences withFalun Dafa practitioners.

Huang Qi: When I was being imprisoned.a Falun Dafa practitioner was sent to
my ward.I slept on the floor with him for a couple of days.

It impressed me deeply thathe gave me a red blanket,saying that I had
arthritis and was injured,so I should use it.He was about 50, and through
that interaction,I knew he is very kind."

Huang then had two more instancesinteracting with Falun Dafa practitioners.

Huang recalls that he was detainedat Chengdu detention center.When
higher-ranked officials or delegationsvisited the center,detainees deemed
"dangerous" by the authoritieswould be locked up in isolation cells.

Huang: "I was locked up with[a Falun Dafa practitioner].The police ordered
me to deliver meals.

To ensure that we do not talk loudly,the police bribed us with
cigarettes.This Falun Dafa friend gave all the stuff to me.From this small
gesture, I felt he cared for others."

Huang said China is improvedby Falun Dafa practitioners and others.He
believes in the near future,Falun Dafa practitioners will live with
othersin a society free of terror and suppression.

For this to come true,we all need to make continuous efforts.
