【禁闻】江系力挺唱红打黑 薄熙来肆无忌惮

【新唐人2011年4月19日讯】中共重庆市委书记薄熙来高调「唱红打黑」，在得到中央
政治局常委中的多名江泽民亲信赞赏之后，越发肆无忌惮。最近，薄熙来在重庆大搞上
万人重温入党誓言活动，并再次上演司法闹剧，企图将北京律师李庄二度定罪。外界谴
责薄熙来重演文革时代的疯狂，以谋取十八大权位。

自重庆市「唱红打黑」运动以来，全市开展上规模的红歌传唱活动已累计15万多场，参
与市民超过9千万人次。与此同时，重庆市公安局抓捕近5千「涉黑」人员，并成立了
270个专案组。

近来，重庆市内越发充满红色恐怖，到处都在播放「红歌」，警察、便衣、城管、「红
袖标」随处可见，并耗资170亿安装50万个监控摄像头、建设世界上最大的监控系统。

在3月的北京「两会」上，薄熙来再次高调向海内外媒体大谈「唱红打黑」。随后，据
《亚洲周刊》的报导说，中宣部向中央主流媒体下发指令，要求不要再炒作重庆的「唱
红打黑」。

不过，中宣部的这一指令并没有被执行。3月28号，新华社高调报导了重庆市一万多人
重温入党誓言、高唱红歌的场景。国内网民指出，图片上的一片红，让人想起文革的血
腥暴力场景，令人反感。

李大勇（全球退党服务中心执行主任）：「目前在重庆做的这个事情，可以说是一种回
光返照。它搞的目地是给自己壮胆，同时，它想把更多的民众拉下水。而我们做退
党，是让更多的民众从内心上认识到中共的邪恶，退党保平安。」

去年引起轰动的北京律师李庄案，近来风波再起。重庆检方对6月份即将出狱的李
庄，又提出漏罪指控，试图追加刑期，4月19号再次开庭审理。律师界谴责重庆法治已
经沦丧。

原香港《文汇报》东北办事处主任姜维平指出，薄熙来最担心重庆多如牛毛的冤假错案
为世人所知。李庄所在的北京康达律师事务所主任傅洋，是原人大委员长彭真的儿
子，傅洋等律师的京城背景，令薄熙来寝食不安。

2009年10月，中央巡视组组长刘峰岩到重庆调查表示，打黑不能搞运动，不能搞红色恐
怖，更不能砸烂公检法。之后，薄熙来突然改变口风说是「被迫打黑」。

但是自去年下半年以来，中央政治局常委周永康、李长春、习近平、贺国强先后到重庆
视察，高调赞赏薄熙来的「唱红打黑」。今年4月8号，人大委员长吴邦国也到重庆，称
赞薄熙来推行的是「德政」，令薄熙来有恃无恐。

姜维平：「那么在这种情况下，薄熙来上升的势头急剧的体现出来。另外从他本人来
讲，十八大近在眼前，时间已经不多，他已经60岁了，也就是他最后的猖狂一跳。如果
上去，那么他将给国家带来巨大灾难；如果他下去，他将在党内的政治斗争当中成牺牲
品。因为以前他贪腐的问题、枉法的问题，都记录在案了。」

4月11号，《人民日报》、新华网高调刊登江泽民纪念他的继父江上青百年诞辰的新
作。外界分析指出，江此举意图影响十八大的权力布局，而薄熙来的「唱红打黑」则是
江系冲击十八大的一张重要王牌。

外界评论指出，势不可挡的退党大潮预示：不久的将来中共必将垮台。而薄熙来只能嚣
张一时，开历史的倒车，倒退到毛泽东的专制时代，也只是他一厢情愿的妄想。薄熙来
等江泽民一伙作恶多端、血债累累，必将受到历史的审判。

『Singing Red Chasing the Black' for Power

Bo Xilai, Chinese Communist Party (CCP) secretaryof Chongqing, supported by
the Jiang Zemin clique,is promoting a large-scale activity of reviewingthe
party-joining oath. He also schemed to reconvictBeijing lawyer Li Zhuang.
The public regarded Bo'sfrenzied act of mimicking the Cultural Revolutionas
his tactics of entering the next Politburo.

Chongqing city has so far had over 150,000 activitiesof "singing red songs"
and "crackdowns on mafias,"an accumulated participation of 90 million
people.Chongqing Public Security Bureau also arrested5000 "criminals" and
set up 270 working groups.

Recently, more and more 『red terrors' are seen inChongqing ubiquitous,
with red songs, police,plainclothes, city inspectors and volunteer
securities.RMB17 billion was spent on installing500,000 surveillance
cameras,the largest monitoring system in the world.

During the 『two meetings' in March 2011, Bo talkedto high profile domestic
and foreign media about his『red-song campaign,' but according to Asia
Weekly,CCP's Central Propaganda Department orderedthe media not to promote
his campaign.

However, the order did not get implemented.On March 28, Xinhua reported
10,000 people singingred songs and reviewing the Party-joining oathin
Chongqing. The massive red color on the scenereminded people of the bloody
Cultural Revolution.

Li Dayong, Director of Global CCP-Quitting Center:"What is seen in
Chongqing is the dying flash priorto CCP's demise, aiming at emboldening
itselfand also degenerating more unaware people.What we are doing is
letting more people knowconsciously the evilness of the CCP,and quit the
party to gain a peaceful future."

The well-known case of Beijing lawyer Li Zhuanghas run into turmoil again
recently.Chongqing prosecutors planned to re-convict Lifor additional
crimes in an April 19 court hearing.Chongqing prosecutors have been accused
oftramping on the rule of law.

Jiang Weiping, ex-director of Wen Wei Po'sChina office said, what Bo
worries most about isthe exposure of numerous unjust cases in Chongqing.The
director of the law firm Li Zhuang worked for isFu Yang, son of Chinese
Congress' former chairman,whose Beijing background intimidated Bo.

In October 2009, after inspection, director of CCP'staskforce Liu Feng said
that suppressing mafiashould not become a movement and 『red terror,'nor
should it risk public security and court system.Bo then claimed he was
forced to do so.

Since late 2010, Politburo members Zhou Yongkang,Li Changchun, Xi Jingping,
He Guoqiangand Wu Bangguo all went to visit Chongqing,praising 『red song
campaign' and mafia crackdown.Since then, Bo was emboldened.

Jiang Weiping: "Bo Xilai climbs up sharplyin these circumstances. At 60,
the upcoming18th Party Congress is his last chance.If he gets the position,
he would create huge disaster forthe nation. If he loses, he would be a
victim frompolitical struggle inside CCP, as his corruptionand illegal
activities are well documented."

On April 11, People's Daily and Xinhua publishedarticles of Jiang Zemin
commemoratinghis adopted father Jiang Shangqing. Some commentssaid Jiang
intended to influence the power layoutof the 18th Congress. He is using
Bo's campaign of"singing red,chasing the black" as his political bargaining
chip.

Some comments from the outside said thatthe quitting CCP wave indicates CCP
is goingto collapse in the near future. Bo Xilai's attemptto turn back
history and return to Mao's timewas nothing but a hope in vain.He and Jiang
Zemin will be brought to justicefor killing so many innocent Chinese people.
