【禁闻】7.1前北京数万人上访 有喊打倒中共

【新唐人2011年6月29日讯】中共为了「七一」建党90周年党庆，对来自全国各地数以
万计进京的访民大抓捕。尽管如此，6月27号，仍然有上万访民在北京国务院和人大信
访办上访，有消息说多达几万人，包括一百多名参加过自卫反击战的退伍官兵，还有访
民喊出「打倒共产党！」

临近「七一」，来自全国各地的上访人数猛增。连日来，北京南站附近的国务院和人大
信访办前人山人海。27号，众多访民又聚集在两办前，最引人注目的是上百名退伍老兵
组成的方队，他们高呼口号，震撼天地，访民们表示感到非常的振奋。

被劳教过的山西访民李莉向《新唐人》表示：【录音】「从心里对他们恨之入骨了，他
们就是土匪党、流氓党，比那些土匪还欺压老百姓，公检法欺压老百姓，抢夺老百姓的
钱财，我们希望他（中共）解体。」

而现场一名目击者在接受《希望之声电台》电话采访时，描述了现场的情况：【录音】
「今天人一直到马路上，交通都要堵了，人特别多，喊口号的军人喊『打倒腐败，打倒
贪官，打倒共产党！'大多数人都跟着喊，黑压压都跟着喊，黑压压的一片，上万也
有，7、8千也有，里头都是满的，大巷子里都是满的，都挤得出来。」【声音来源：希

海外《博讯网》援引消息说，当天的访民多达几万人。当局急调各派出所警察赶到南
站，加上各地数千截访人员，仍然不能控制局面，最后关闭信访办停止接待。

现场访民：【录音】「到中午时是控制不住了，后来就不让进(信访办)了。截访的特别
多，半路上给抓走的、给拖走的(访民)可多了。截访的车，现在它们都是黑车了，就是
小车，一眼看不到边。」【声音来源：希望之声电台】

当天，另有十几个来自吉林、河北的访民去中南海西门放鞭炮、撒传单，被警察强行拖
上警车带走，其中一位70多岁的老太太，当场心脏病发作，也被拖上警车。

连日来，北京警方对上访村等地的访民大抓捕，连同各地截访人员遣返访民，或关押在
北京九敬庄等访民收容地。上海等各地公安已挨家挨户通知访民，不得进京。

访民李莉说，这次上访和截访的都比往年多好几倍。

访民李莉：【录音】「这个旅店不让住了，查到我们是上访人，警察告诉他们只要住上
就罚1万块钱，北京规定不让我们上访人和『法轮功'都不让住。上北京来的人太多
了，现在(住处)就不好找，特难找，上访村不行，他们前两天就大搜捕了一次。」【声

近年来，访民因冤情得不到解决被逼走极端的事件不断发生。6月2号，河北有访民向石
家庄中级法院副院长张瑞明身上泼粪便。

河北访民马丽君：「石家庄2号的时候，说是中央下去视察，在信访接待大厅，一个现
在在中级法院管信访的一个副院长在那里坐着接访，人家就弄了一桶屎，还搅得挺均
匀，泼了他一身，满身都是。现在吓得他们法院的人都不敢在那坐着接访了，人家说我
就让你臭名远扬。」【声音来源：自由亚洲电台】

而目前，国家信访局网站头条新闻却是：「颂党情 谢党恩 跟党走 各界群众致信党中
央祝贺建党90周年」。

「七一」前夕，《华尔街日报》发表文章指出，60多年来，中共一党独裁，而今中共大
吹大擂的宣传，却遭到民众的嘲笑和抗议。中国民众正在觉醒，奋起反抗中共暴政。

Protests Before July 1st

The CCP (Chinese Communist Party) conductedmass arrests of people who came
to Beijingto petition before the CCP's 90-th anniversary.Only on June 27,
tens of thousands of petitionersappealed at the Bureau of Letters and
Visitsof State Council and National People's Congress(NPC), including over
100 veteransof the China-Vietnam War.Some petitioners shouted "Down with
the CCP!"

With July 1st approaching, the number of petitionsfrom across the country
soared.In recent days, there are countless of peoplegathering at the State
Council and NPC'spetition office near Beijing South Station.On June 27, a
number of petitioners gathered there,including hundreds of veterans
shouting slogans.Petitioners were very encouraged by them.

Li Lixiang, Shanxi Province, a petitioner once sentto labor education, told
NTD Television:"I hate them from the bottom of my heart.They are hooligans
and worse than bandits.Those in charge of law bully people and rob
people.We hope this government will collapse."

An eyewitness described what he sawin his interview with Radio Sound of
Hope:"The line extended to the road, blocking the traffic.There were a lot
of people.The veterans shouted "Down with corruption!Down with corrupt
officials! Down with CCP!"Most people shouted together. It was so crowded."

Boxun.net wrote that tens of thousands were there.Though the authorities
sent police from many areas,they still could not control the situation.The
office was finally closed.

A petitioner on site: "They could not controlthe situation around noon.No
one was allowed to visit the office.There were many people who came to
kidnap us.Many petitioners were taken away.There were so many cars coming
hereto take petitioners away."

On the same day, dozens of petitioners from Jinlinand Hebei Provinces went
to Zhongnanhai W. Gateto let out fire crackers and pass on flyers.They were
taken away by the police.One of them was an elderly woman in her 70s.She
had heart attack on the site,but was also dragged into a police car.

Recently the Beijing police conducted mass arrestsof petitioners. They work
together with localsecurity staff to abduct petitioners and send themback
or lock them up in Jiujingzhuang in Beijing.In Shanghai, the Public
Security Bureauis notifying each family not go to Beijing.

Petitioner Li Li thinks the number of security staffand petitioners is many
times higher than in the past.

Li Li: "We are not allowed to stay in the hotel,as we came to petition.
Police told the hotel staff,they will be fined RMB10,000 if hosting
petitioners.Petitioners and Falun Gong practitionersare not allowed to stay
in hotels in Beijing.There are so many people who come to Beijing.It is
very difficult to find a place to stay.The police just conducted a mass
searcha couple of days ago."

Recently extreme accidents happened frequentlydue to petitioners not being
able to get justice.On June 2, Hebei petitioners threw stoolsat the VP of
Shijiazhuang Intermediate Court.

Hebei Province petitioner Ma Lijun said for RFA:"On June 2, in Shijiazhuang
was saidthat central officials will visit and meet with us.Someone threw a
bucket of stools at the VPof the Intermediate Court who is in chargeof the
petitions. The officials were scared."

Currently the headline on the home pageof the State Bureau of Letters and
Visits states:"Praise the CCP And Thank the CCP On BehalfOf All Professions
Before Its 90-th Birthday."

Wall Street Journal published an article,saying that CCP's dictatorship in
the past 60 yearsand its current control of propagandaare being challenged
by the people.Chinese people are awakening,and starting to protest against
CCP's violent rule.
