【禁闻】罕见！中共批地方压制媒体

【新唐人2011年6月18日讯】中共喉舌《人民日报》近日发表评论文章，批评一些地方
当局和官员打压媒体、限制舆论，阻碍政府与民众的沟通。但是，《人民日报》这一罕
见动作却招来了大陆媒体人士的质疑，认为真正限制各地媒体的指令主要来自中央，为
什么《人民日报》不批评中宣部呢？

6月16号，《人民日报》在一篇题为"舆情非『敌情'『媒介素养'体现执政水平"的评论
文章说，媒体是社会的预警器，尽管媒体对热点事件、敏感问题的关注，可能会让一些
地方政府一时难堪。并指出，地方当局对记者采取"封、捂、堵、压、瞒"的现象经常出
现。

长期以来，大陆的新闻记者在采访各地敏感事件时，经常受到压制，就连外国记者在大
陆采访时，受到中共粗暴对待的事例，也不时见诸报端。

前《国家海洋报》记者昝爱宗："主要还是没有新闻自由，压制记者也不是一天两天的
事了。这么多年一直都存在。有的记者会被注销记者证，甚至被打呀，被关（到）监狱
里面都有可能的。"

地方政府对记者动粗，近来已经延伸到了中央一级的媒体。

5月18号，中共喉舌《新华社》报导自己的记者到河北省香河县，采访当地的土地违规
流转问题时，遭到当地官员的威胁，甚至遇到危险向110报警救助还遭到拒绝。

同样的事情在几天后再次上演。5月20号，四川成都市富士康工厂发生爆炸，《新华社
》四川分社记者曾在微博发布消息说，到现场采访结果被暴力阻挠，采访设备也被砸
坏。

此外，《美国之音》报导，5月26号早上，江西省抚州市发生连环爆炸事件，市公安局
第一时间在网站上发布了消息，但几个小时后这条消息被删除了。《江西法制报》记者
也在第一时间赶到现场，但相机被没收，相片也被删除。

分析认为，对媒体的打压，实质上来自中共中央，维稳压倒一切的政策迫使了地方政府
对新闻媒体采取"封、捂、堵、压、瞒"等五字诀行为。

昝爱宗："中宣部如果下命令，不允许报导某一个突发事件，包括《人民日报》在内的
一切报纸，都会闭嘴的。《人民日报》指责地方政府压制新闻记者，其实中宣部压制更
为厉害。中宣部一个电话就可以把一个报导给消灭掉。《人民日报》怎么不批评中宣部
呢，是吧？"

昝爱宗认为不能简单看待《人民日报》这样一个片面的报导。

另外，昝爱宗还指出，出现地方政府打压、压制记者报导的现象，还有一个重要的原因
是，地方政府和中央在根本的利益上是连在一起的，如果地方完不成任务，中央要追究
责任的。

昝爱宗："中央和地方根本是在一起的，他们都是为了他们的利益。记者影响了他们获
得利益，所以就让记者闭嘴。具体表现在地方，根子是在中央。

只有开放党禁、开放报禁，有法制，有新闻自由，这个国家才有稳定。如果单纯的出于
所谓的『稳定'，把记者压制住了就能稳定了，那这个社会肯定是会出更大的问题。"

原《法制早报》记者齐崇怀，曾经揭露山东省滕州市领导违规建造豪华楼宇，在07年被
判处四年徒刑后，上星期又被当地法院追加九年刑期。

Local Officials Blamed By CCP

Chinese Communist Party (CCP) owned mediaPeople's Daily has a report
criticizing regional officialsto have suppressed local media and blockedthe
communications with citizens.Such an unusual act sparked public
questions,as the real control of media came from the CCP,why People's Daily
got no blames for the head bane?

People's Daily published an article on Jun 16named Media Quality Speaks the
Party, claimingthat media function as an alarm for the society,despite it
may occasionally annoys regional officialsby releasing sensitive news and
up-to-date coverage.It also suggests local officials do frequently
hide,block and lie about the truth from the media.

Chinese reporters have been long suppressedby the CCP for covering domestic
sensitive news.Suppression on international reporters is alsoreported from
time to time.

Former reporter in China Ocean News, Zan Aizong:"The media enjoy no freedom
in China,already for a long time.Some reporters' press cards were
suspended.Some others were brutally beaten or imprisoned."

The brutality of local authorities on reportershas recently extended to the
CCP's central media.

On May 18, Xinhua News Agency said thattheir reporters were threatened by
local officialswhen they investigated the illegal land sales in Hebei.Their
emergency calls were even ignored by police.

Similar incidents occurred on May 27 in Chengdu,where the Foxconn factory
explosion took place.Xinhua reporters said on their MicroBlog thattheir
interview was interfered by brutality on the spot,and their equipment was
smashed.

VOA said that serial bombings in Wuzhou, Jiangxion May 26 was reported
first by the Public SecurityBureau but the news was deleted in a few
hours.Reporters from Jiangxi Legal News came on the spotquickly, but their
cameras and films were confiscated.

The suppression is believed to have spawned by CCP,out of the purpose of
one-party rule.The regional governments were pressurized to dothe 5 things:
seal, press, block, suppress and lie.

Zan Aizong: "All media, including People's Daily,would go silent, if the
propaganda dept. orders so.People's Daily blamed regional governments
forsuppression on media, but the propaganda department,however, has severer
suppression, with just one phonecall being able to remove a whole news
coverage.Why didn't People's Daily blame the propaganda Dept?

Zan Aizong suggests that one news from People's Dailyis not sufficient to
judge the whole situation.

Zan also says, another key reason for the suppressionis the conspiracy
between the central and regional.With a shared interests, if regional
governments leftmissions unfinished,central authorities would hold them
accountable.

Zan: " The CCP's central and regional governmentsare in fact connected by
shared interests."If media get in the way, they would be silenced.The CCP
central authorities direct the show,and the local governments play
it.Freedom will not come to the country unless it seesa liberty on media,
legal system and a NO on party.Suppression on media for a mere reason of
stabilitycan only lead to a more problematic society.

Ji Chonghuai, former reporter of Legal Morning News,who revealed the
official's private housing corruptionin Shandong, was sentenced to 4 years
in prison in 2007.Last week, he was sentenced for 9 extra years.
