【禁闻】学者：南中国海主权曾被中共党魁出卖

【新唐人2011年6月20日讯】最近南中国海主权问题冲突不断。美国海军已派出一艘核
动力攻击型潜艇，前往西太平洋。6月18号，美国和越南发表联合声明说，中国海所有
领土争端，都必须通过外交途径，并以合作的方式和平解决。但史学家揭露，中国的南
中国海领海早被中共党魁送给其他国家，已无法收回。而中国军方反应迟缓，只是为了
缓解国内矛盾。

美国和越南第四轮「政治、安全与防务对话」6月18号在华盛顿结束。两国发表声明
说，维护南中国海的安全、稳定和自由航行，符合国际社会的利益，南中国海所有领土
争端，都必须通过外交途径并以合作的方式和平解决。

但是，美越的声明并不能掩盖南海主权引发的争议。

东南亚几个小国之所以公开的占据了中国南海的岛屿，史学家苏明揭示了原因。

史学家苏明：「中国人都知道，南海一直到最南端的曾母暗沙都是中国的领海。20多年
前，越南曾照会中国大陆，要遵守两国领导人曾经在南海主权一事上做的协定。至于什
么协定，中国人肯定不知道。越南人都知道，当初是毛泽东的一句话，把大面积的海域
送给了胡志明。」

原北大教授苏明研究认为，中共立党宗旨就是「没有祖国」的组织，所以，它们出卖了
大片土地却不以为耻。初步统计，中共总共出卖了一百六十多万平方公里的领土，和至
少一百万平方公里的领海，而现在的中国人不知自己的国家到底有多大；更不知祖先们
究竟给我们留下了多少土地。

苏明表示，现在，东南亚六、七个国家敢在南海开采石油、驻军，同时声称拥有这块海
域的主权，近几年他们又组成东盟十国集团，与中共对抗，是因为它们都有与中共签订
的协定文本！

香港《东方日报》评论说，这次南海纷争，大陆军方反应迟缓。解放军海军少将尹卓声
称，在台湾问题没有解决之前，海洋安全方向主要关切的是国家统一。《东方日报》
说，尹卓的言下之意是攘外必先安内。这篇评论认为，如果拿出对付台湾的一半军
力，来对付菲律宾和越南两国，南海问题又何至于拖到今天。

学者李开盛在博客中说，中越南海争端，无疑使得中国外交再次处于一种两难境地，既
不能打，又不能拖，拖是拖不下去了，对方一直在开采石油；但是打吧，又有很多顾
虑，中共无论在周边、还是在世界上早已是个孤家寡人了，要是打的话，还不得被进一
步彻底孤立！

美国奥克拉荷马大学的李小兵教授认为，目前在南中国海发生大规模军事冲突的可能性
不太大。

美国奥克拉荷马大学教授李小兵："可能都是小规模的做秀式的，show power, show一
下新型武器，打掉你的两个战机，或炸一条船等等。会出现这种情况，但是不会有大规
模的冲突。"

越南近期发布了全民征兵令，举行实弹演习，甚至宣称要将南沙群岛开发成旅游区；而
菲律宾上个月已经将中国在南海岛礁设置的标记拆除。

不仅如此，菲律宾等国正在南中国海与美国海军举行协同演练。菲律宾总统阿基诺17号
警告中国，不要以强凌弱，侵犯菲律宾主权。菲律宾海军同时派遣"拉贾．胡马
邦"(RajahHumabon)号旗舰进入南中国海有争议的水域巡逻。

而中国海军近几天才在南中国海域举行两次海空实兵演练， 16号派出"海巡31"大型巡
防船，穿越南中国海，前往新加坡访问。

Due to recent South China Sea conflict, the US navysent a nuclear-powered
submarine into the Pacific.US and Vietnam published a join statement,all
South China Sea (SCS) issues should be resolvedthrough diplomatic channels
and cooperation.A historian revealed that a leader of CCP(Chinese Communist
Party) gave away the SCSto other countries, and now it cannot be
recovered.Chinese military response is slow on the dispute,currently
preoccupied with domestic conflicts.

The 4th Political, Security and Defense Dialogue'between US and Vietnam
ended on June 18in Washington D.C. They stated that it metthe interest of
the international communityto protect the SCS security, stability and
freedomof navigation. All SCS disputes should be resolvedthrough diplomatic
channels.

However, this statement cannot cover upthe dispute of the SCS sovereignty.

Historian Su Ming revealed the reason whySCS islands are occupied by South
East countries.

Su: "Chinese people believe that the SCSand James Shoal belong to China. 20
years ago,Vietnam asked China to comply with the agreementon the SCS
sovereignty made by their leaders.However, Chinese people don't know
aboutthe agreement. Vietnamese know that Mao Zedonggave a large sea area to
Ho Chi Minh."

Former Beijing University professor Su Mingbelieves that CCP's interest
would cancel outthat of the country, as they aren't ashamed of sellinglarge
areas of land. "CCP sold an estimated160 million sq km of land and 1
million sq kmof territorial waters. But Chinese peopledon't know how big
our country isor how much land our ancestors have left to us."

Su said: "Six or seven South East countries claimsovereignty, drill for oil
and garrison in the SCS,they also formed the Association of SoutheastAsian
Nations against China,because they have written agreements with the CCP."

Hong Kong's Oriental Daily commented thatChinese military is slow to
respond to the dispute.Navy admiral Yin Zho claimed prior to resolutionsof
the Taiwan issue that national unity is the mainconcern of maritime
security. Implying that to resistforeign aggression, a country first must
have peacewithin. If China sends out half of its military againstTaiwan to
deal with the Philippines and Vietnam,the SCS dispute would have been long
resolved.

Scholar Li Kaisheng said in a blog that the SCSdispute puts China in a
dilemma, it can't fightor postpone when Vietnam is drilling for oil;if
China fights Vietnam, CCP will be further isolatedby its neighboring
countries.

Oklahoma University professor Li Xiaobingbelieves that it is unlikely that
China will havelarge-scale military conflict in the SCS.

Li: "China might host small-scale military drillsto show off its new
weaponry, or destroy a fewcountries' fighter aircrafts, or blow up a
boat.But they won't stir a large-scale military conflict."

Vietnam recently announced a national draft,holding live-fire exercises,
and claiming to developSpratly Islands into tourist area; while
Philippinesremoved China's mark set in the SCS islands.

Philippines and other countries are joiningwith the US Navy in maritime
security exercises.Philippines' President Aquino warned Chinanot to intrude
in its territory. Meanwhile,Philippines' Navy deployed its largest
warship,the "Rajah Humabon" to patrol the SCS.

Chinese navy held sea and air military exercisestwice in the SCS in recent
days. On June 16,"Coast Guard 31", a large patrol boat,was seen crossing
the SCS to visit Singapore.
